Shopping at Herb Chambers BMW was great experience. I felt super welcomed and All the staff were super friendly. I worked with Abdou was my client advisor and has been very helpful from day 1. I initially presented two weeks prior and then returned and Abdou remembered me immediately. He coordinated transportation while I waited for my car to be ready. Working with him made the process of buying a new car much easier!

Went in for a quick oil change and the techs found a failing axle. But for the quick attention, I would have driven it, potentially risking larger and more costly repairs.

Unforeseen Difficulty Successfully Resolved

Check engine light prompted a service visit. Diagnosed as a warranty item in the catalytic converter. While replacing, Mechanic broke off the bolts which in turn required new exhaust pipes that were not locally available. I was provided a loaner and charged $0, but 8 days were needed to get my car back. Update information was at times not provided, requiring my calling in for updates.

Ecxellent Service at Herb Chambers BMW Boston

Everything about service at HC BMW is excellent. Making an appointment is easy. Arrival is easy. The service process is easy! Internet to work while waiting is easy! The best was my Service Provider Higor Teixeira. He was super from beginning to end. I had a few lingering issues with my car when purchased and Higor and the management team were so on top of it to make sure that everything was addressed perfectly. Higor's communication was top notch as well. I was kept up to date on status until completion. Then, leaving was also easy! Just walk out and drive away!...... Because Higor kept me so informed, I did not look at the video from the service technician until after I was home. I do need to mention it though because it was so professionally done and informative with camera views of what was being discussed. I felt like I was getting advice from my Dad on how to best proceed - what could wait, what maybe should not. Really great service addition to have that! And a super clean car bay too! It was impressive. Thanks to Higor, the Service Specialist and Management Staff for everything.

Scheduling my service appointment was very easy, with many available time slots listed online. Samik at the service desk was professional and very efficient. The staff in the service garage were also friendly and helpful. The maintenance and servicing were done in a few hours, and I received a video review of what was done, as well as a link to make payment before picking up my car. As in past years, I was very satisfied with the service I received at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston.

Noise wheel

I waited for about 4 hrs hopping they can give a solution for a squeaky wheel and at the end of the service and after asked 3 times for the status of my service they sent me a video saying basically after a ride they did not find anything wrong! And I’m still have the issue in the car. I’m driving a x7 2023 and one of the front wheel sounds like and old and cheap car unfortunately. Very frustrated and disappointed with this service particularly.

Challenging repair - done!

My 20 year old rare manual transmission x5 had a tail light section fail, for inspection purposes, and it was not a matter of merely swapping out the lighting section but involving wiring that had failed, due to age. The top people were put on the case. The voltage was insufficient to carry power to the light to illuminate it. Then we have the supply chain problems. It took a while, which was understandable given the circumstances.

I own a BMW x3 and I have been going to this dealership for many years due to the outstanding customer service provided by service advisor Samik. He is very professional, keeps me informed as to what repairs are necessary, the time frame needed to make the repairs and he is always available if I have any questions. I worked with other advisors when I first purchased my BMW and was not impressed. Samik actually cares and he is the reason I bring my car to this dealership for service. I will only deal with him and he provides excellent service consistently.
