After having a vehicle totaled on the highway at the end of May, my search for a new vehicle was pushed up quite suddenly. I Purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape Titanium a couple of weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier! Not only did Zach help me find just the vehicle to fit my needs/wants, and price point, his professional, courteous manner and low pressure, straight to the point approach, made the whole process of getting in a new(to me) vehicle absolutely painless, and rather enjoyable. I traded in a 2012 Honda Accord with low mileage and got a great price for my trade. I leased a 2016 RDX with the Advanced Package and I love it. I had never leased a car before but they showed me the advantages of leasing vs buying. I typically only drive 8,000 to 10,000 miles a year since I retired. After my husband and I went over their figures for a few days, we agreed with the dealer that a leasing plan made more sense for our situation. Denny & Nate were a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely buy from them again and I love my RDX.

After looking at a few dealerships for a used 2015 MDX, I should gone to Auburn first and not wasted my time. Great experience with sakes(Zach) managers (Nat) and service. Second vehicle I have bought from Acura of auburn and definitely will be back again. Thanks Zach.
