Really Great Dealership, Very Easy Process

Have bought a ton of cars in my life and this was by far the most seamless process I've ever experienced. Mostly due to my salesperson Nick Suter, he made it all happen!! A1 in regards to customer service, definitely made it worth the drive from Laurel. Will see them again when I'm ready for my ARMADA!!! Thanks Again Nissan Nick!!! ;))

They helped me get financed when no other place would. Nick was our salesperson, he was awesome too. We will definitely be back in two years to get a new Pathfinder. Tell Nick what you want and he'll find it. Danielle was our finance manager, she was really great too. Well be back

Nick Suter and the entire staff were amazing. Very easy to deal with, professional, fair, honest, and upfront. The last thing I want to do when buying a car is feel like I'm being "sold" or pressured into a purchase, Nick is the opposite of that. He provided the best deal right from the start and was very happy with my experience. I will send anyone I know looking for a car to Nick

I live right next door to a Nissan dealer in Bowie and could have bought right there. But the level of customer service and proffessionalism I encountered with Nick Suter at Sheehy Nissan in Waldorf definitely persuaded me to take a short trip south to purcahse my 2015 Nissan Altima ( Which by the way, I AM LOVING!!!) They got me a much better deal than the Bowie store and made it very accomodating and easy for me. Customer for LIFE!!!! Thanks again guys!!! Oh, and make sure to SEE NICK SUTER when you go!!! He Da BEST!!!!

Great Experience

We came to Sheehy to find a car for our son. We contacted Conrad W. through the sheehy.com website. His responses were always timely. Although we did not find the right vehicle at his dealership, he found the perfect one at another Sheehy location. The car was brought in as promised. The finance guy (Lloyd) took care of all the paperwork and we were on our way, no hassel, no drama. It was really different from anything we have experienced before. Great job!

Poor customer service!!!

Don't expect good customer service from this dealership! Over the past 7 years, I have leased 3 Nissan Altima's. Since I live an hour away I have my fiancé, who is an ASE certified technician, do all the maintenance. My current leased Altima reached 36,000 last week and this week the check engine light came on (at only 36,488). After calling this dealership and speaking with the service, sales, and general managers and explaining to them this is my 3rd lease, I have been told I will be charged for what is probably a simple matter of hooking up a computer to the car and correcting a software problem. I believe this is the problem because my fiancé was able to connect to the car and read the code my vehicle is showing. He is not able to fix the problem because his dealership is not Nissan and thus doesn't have the correct software needed to correct the problem. What really gets me is I have been told if a part needs to be replaced it would be no cost. The general manager bases his denial of fixing the problem on me not driving 2 hours round trip to change the oil in my car. You would think that 30 minutes of labor could be offered to correct this problem. Instead Sheehy Nissan would rather see this loyal customer go somewhere else for their next lease - which will be within the next 6 months. Where has customer service gone in today's business environment? I could understand if the car had 37,000 miles or more on it, but less than 500 miles out of the 36,000 mile warranty and a loyal customer who has leased 3 vehicles from the same dealership.... Just doesn't make sense to me!!!

Sheehy Nissan In Waldorf has some the best employees. I have to give an outstanding review to my salesman Conrad W. He really was a big help with purchasing my new altima. Just when I thought I was not going to be able to get a very much needed new vehicle, I was referred to Conrad W. by a friend. Conrad was a very nice and helpful person. I worked with me to find out what I wanted to drive off the lot with. He worked with me for long hours on a Saturday afternoon. I told me that he was do everything to help me get the car I wanted. He did just that! I was able to drive off the lot with on Monday with my new 2013 altima. Conrad W. is an awesome salesman. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I LOVE MY NEW ALTIMA!!!!! Thank you Conrad
