Falsified Odometer Disclosure Statement! I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Sheehy Hyundai in Waldorf, MD. The mileage on the Odometer Disclosure Statement provided to me on 7/22/17 as well as our purchase agreement and initial pricing worksheet was 12 miles. When driving home after the purchase, I noticed that my car had been driven over 300 miles. I wondered if this is legal and would like to have a revised Odometer Disclosure Statement for the 2017 Hyundai Sonata purchased reflecting the actual mileage at purchase. With such a mileage difference, I must wonder if I am the original owner or if my 2017 Hyundai Sonata has been previously owned/sold to other customers? Since purchasing my 2017 Sonata, I have been trying to have Ewing Foulks (Sales Manager) answer some questions as many of his verbal answers have been inconsistent. Because of his lack of response to my emails, I have sent additional emails to Erica Kallop (General Sales Manager) and Jarryd Carver (Executive Manager & Partner). While Erica Kallop promised to, "Look into my concerns and have someone get back to me today", to date nobody has and now nobody has responded to my emails of 8/3, 8/1, 7/30, 7/28 and 7/27. I wonder what Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf is trying to hide when providing their customers with falsified Odometer Disclosure Statements and then refusing to send a corrected Odometer Disclosure Statement?

Let The Buyer Beware! I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata and traded in a 2005 Hyundai Elantra on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Sheehy Hyundai in Waldorf, MD. Ewing Foulks (Sales Manager) presented the Kelly Blue Book value of my 2005 Hyundai Elantra at $2,000 and then listed the Kelly Blue Book value at $6,990 on their used car website after offering me $550. Since that time I have been trying to have Ewing Foulks (Sales Manager) answer some questions as many of his verbal answers have been inconsistent. My experience with sheehy Hyundai was amazing. They help me finance the car I really wanted and was easy to negotiate with. My sales representative was name James and he most certainly did his best to get me good with a low interest rate. I was definitely a happy customer at the end of the day. Their #1 priority is to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied with the choice of their vehicle!!!

It may be hard for readers of this review to believe, but it is true, there is not one improvement I could suggest to make our purchase experience better. Our salesman, Bill Crockett, was superior. He showed patience as he explained and re-explained answers to our many questions. The entire staff working with us was exceptional. We have owned BMW's for years and never thought we would find a vehicle that could compete...we have in our Sonata! Thank you Bill, you are a valuable asset to Sheehy!

The best experience ever! I found a used car online, called the number and three hours later on took ownership of my new car! My wife and I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe from Waldorf Hyundai. Bill Crockett was our sales rep. We were starting to work with another dealership in Virginia. While we were checking out True Car values, Bill called me and stated he may be able to save us money if we were willing to come out to Maryland. We decided to give him a chance to earn our business. We are so glad we did! We had 2 trade-ins. Bill was able to meet Car Max values for us so we did not need to leave the dealership to go through Car Max. We also had a specific model in mind and wanted the vehicle fully loaded. Not only was Bill able to locate our vehicle but came in lower on the price than we had assumed to pay! Bill worked his hump off to find our car and was able to deliver in four day! Another salesman told me that other customers had to wait over a month to get this same vehicle. Bill is a great salesman to work with. No pressure, great advisor, and overall great customer service!!! Thanks again Bill for all of your hard work!

I was looking into buying a car after going through boot camp and tech school. I had my eye on a 2012 Mazdaspeed 3 and found one at sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf and I gave bill crocket a call and he said to come on down and test drive it the same day I called which was December 4th 2014. The price was one that I could not find anywhere else. The car was in perfect condition and looked great. Bill also showed me proof that it only had one owner and he only drove it a few times. I went to Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf on November 26th, 2014 on an impulse looking for a car to buy within a few days since I got an offer from a family friend on my 2010 Honda Accord. I was interested in the used 2013 Santa Fe Sport they had on the lot and when my mom and I arrived Bill Crockett was waiting outside for us. Bill Crockett was a superior car salesman to the ones we had previously worked with and was very accomdating to all our needs. I know my mom and I weren't the easiest car buyers that day because we pretty much did the whole test drive, finance, etc. process completely backwards from normal. But Bill was very patient with us and helped us get the numbers we wanted and made sure we got a great deal all together. Would highly recommend Bill Crockett as a salesman for anyone looking to buy a car in the near future! I will definitely do business with him again when the time comes but he set me up with a nice ride here for awhile.

BILL CROCKETT was the best dealer to come in contact with at this dealership. I bought my first car and he sold it to me. At first I was very unsure if I was getting a good deal or even the best deal on my 2013 Hyundai Certified Accent. It took me a very long time to decide if I was even going to get the car. Bill was patient and talked me through everything so that I fully understood what I was doing and how it would help. To prove to me that I was getting the best deal for my car he did a vehicle search of 2012-2013 certified used Accents in the entire US. Of course the car that I wanted was number 4 on the list with the top cars being 400 plus miles away from where I was. Bill didn't push me to make any decisions that I wasn't comfortable with as this was my first car and I really had no idea of how the car buying process worked. I had my mind on a set price but that changed when Bill got my interest rate lowered 11 points. I walked out of there with a car a year newer with a great warranty than I would have gotten if I would have used my USAA auto loan. Great job Bill thank you very much.

Bill C was wonderful! Trying to buy a new car with my husband in another state via phone was a challenge to me until I reached Bill C at Waldorf Sheehy. He was truly patient! I felt like our sale was an unconventional sale but they were so accommodating to me in every way from the trade-in, to a beautiful loaner, obtaining the exact car we wanted, and dealing with my husband by phone. Other dealerships I had approached did not even want to try to deal with me until my husband was available to come in to their business. My husband and I went into Sheehy Hyundai last week expecting it to be the first of at least a few trips to buy out our lease( Hyundai customer service led us to believe the process would take a few weeks). We were surprised to learn that we could take care of everything in one day. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with smiles by everyone. We were taken care of right away by Bill C. He was very friendly and prepared which made for a speedy process. We were given a beautiful loaner care while ours was inspected and cleaned. Unfortunately, we had a small issue with the inspection, which meant they needed to keep our car until the next day. Bill kept us informed every step of the way. The next day, he called to inform us our car was ready, we came in to complete the process, they got us an incredible interest rate, and we were on our way! Oh, and Bill had them clean up the toddler mess that was once and is once again the back seat! Thanks, Sheehy!
