I also wanted to express my happiness with my dealer experience with PrinceFredrick Dodge. This is my second car in a year that I purchased from this dealership and very pleased with Bob A , Danny, Jessie (Finance folks) and staff for all their support and help. Once again had a very good experience. I'm very please to say when the time come again this dealership will be my choice.

Dishonest Service Department

The service department was totally incompetent. I only needed a replacement key and I was there over 1 hour. The price quoted to me was $150 which was outrageous. When the bill came, the price was $290. I did not accept the key. I asked for the manager who obviously does not believe in the adage that the "customer is always right." I should have known better than to use this dealer. In the past I had them do an oil change which should take an hour at the most. They could not complete the oil change because they did not have the correct filter, which was not noticed until they started. They had to provide me with a loaner vehicle that smelled of smoke. I ended up getting my vehicle back 3 days later. When you walk into the dealer or service department it is clear from the facilities that they are not about quality. I do not normally write reviews, but the service was so poor that I felt compelled to do so.
