I have purchased two vehicles from Tischer Acura. 1999 TL model in 2001 and a 2017 RDX just recently. To speak of the quality of the Acura products could be a whole other review, just great cars. The sales team is what this review is about. I have been buying cars for over 40 years. I have never had such a sales experience and streamlined buying experience in my time as experienced here. It starts with no pressure at all, no gimmicks and a feeling from the start that they truly care about potential clients and do everything reasonable to ensure you are pleased. Starting with my Sales Consultant, Zathy Ndiang, is where my excellent experience started. He greeted me on the lot and introduced himself. Once deciding on my vehicle choice, which took 24 hours and researching at home, Zathy was at my side to guide me through the selling process. This continued until delivery of my vehicle and beyond. After three days and at my convenience, Zathy carefully sat down with me in the car and went over everything as to the operation of all the features. This was important to me, only having mediocre technical savvy, which added to my immediate joy with the car. Another great gentleman, Mr. Greene, the Sales Manager, worked between Zathy and myself to make sure I received a deal that I was comfortable with. There was no back and forth negotiations, head butting to get it done. An offer was made by the team and I countered it once, and the price I was willing to pay after thorough research met my expectations. Zathy was celebrating his one year anniversary at Tischer when we met and I have to say his knowledge of the Acura products and his respectful, helpful demeanor he displays make him a bright future in this business. He listens to people which is a wonderful attribute for any human being when communication is necessary. Mr. Greene has been in the auto dealership business for over twenty years. Most of that time has been with Acura. He personally took interest in my satisfaction, got me a fair deal and sat down with me as we exchanged conversation about our lives. He buys what he sells and retains his Acura cars. If you believe in the product you are selling, buy it yourself your work is not a job, it is something that you enjoy doing. I believe that both Zathy and Mr. Greene enjoy what they are doing. That enjoyment rubs off on the customer to make the whole process of car buying fun, not a thing that many people dread going through. The other employees I interacted with at Tischer were all very professional, friendly and provided interest in me to feel I was important as a person and customer. Great dealership!
