I got a great car at a great price. Right now, it's a seller's market due to demand exceeding supply for both new and used cars. If you find the car you want, so does a bunch of other people. This allows dealers to set prices that would be unheard of a year ago. And many if not most dealerships are unwilling to negotiate on price. When many are proclaiming to give you a "no haggle price", that just means they are not willing to negotiate. Ourisman Honda of Laurel was different. They had a target selling price and I had a target buying price. And they were willing to negotiate. We didn't even meet in the middle, but they came much closer to my price. This was because I had a great salesman who was willing to fight for me to get the price I wanted. My salesman was Donny Edwards and he went to management with what I was willing to pay and wasn't about to lose this deal. In the end, I was very happy to drive away with the car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. I highly recommend Donny to anyone looking to buy a new or used car from Ourisman Honda of Laurel.

Ourisman Honda of Laurel is the worst dealership in the area. The experience I had with them was unbelievable. They are very dishonest with their customers and the customer service is the worst. I had made a deal with one of the sales people on a bottom line number however, I asked several times about the mileage on the 2019 vehicle I had planned to purchase from them. I was told that the cars were brand new. Therefore, I am thinking as a consumer brand new means little miles like 15 or less, give or take. Well the sales person decided to tell me the real miles while I was in route to the dealership. It was 128 on one car and 50 on the other. If I wanted a demo car, I would have asked for one. I called the owner of Ourisman and never heard back from him; one of the rude managers called from corporate by the way was useless. I spoke with the GM and he stated that the cars are brand new. I told him that I specifically asked for little miles and that it was deceitful to tell me while I was in route that the cars had that many miles. The GM, also told me that there is no car dealership that will have a car with less than 30 miles on them. I told him that is NOT true because I had purchased a new car before and it had 12 miles. Nonetheless, after all the unnecessary back and forth with the dealership I took my business elsewhere where they had five cars of my choice with 6-14 miles on the cars. Keep driving pass Ourisman Honda of Laurel because you will not receive the customer you should receive especially when you are paying cash.

Very disappointing purchase experience. Was a customer for 12 years and bought 4 vehicles from this location. Sales implied the car had wheel locks, which didn't exist, and when contacted to address, they essentially disappear. How low can the Honda brand fall?

We have purchased several vehicles over the years from Ourisman Honda of Laurel. If you are looking for a vehicle, I recommend Anthony Davenport. He was very personable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. Anthony guided us through the process of purchasing a vehicle from start to finish. He also took the time to sit and go over all the features on the new vehicle, answered our emails and calls all while making us feel like we were truly important. Earle and Brian are also wonderful!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Ourisman Honda of Laurel and Anthony Daveinport. My husband and I purchased our new 2017 Honda Accord back in September. Anthony made the purchase smooth and easy. He was very friendly and helpful. Now 2 months after the purchase I have reached out with a few questions regarding maybe adding a few things to our vehicle such as a remote start and I received a very quick response with all my questions answered. So the great customer service of Ourisman Honda and Anthony Daveinport did not stop after our deal was done. They are still there to support their customers. We were and still are very well pleased. I LOVED Anthony! Me and my husband went in with zero intentions of purchasing a vehicle. One gentleman led us to Anthony who was wonderful and helped us getting info on the car we were interested (2016 Honda Civic). This was our first vehicle purchased together so we had plenty of questions and different opinions on what we wanted in a car. He helped us find a healthy medium in what each of us wanted at a great value! He took his time to show us multiple vehicles in various colors and with different features. He spent about 4 hours of his time assistant us in everything we needed and even took time to look up stuff with our bank and financing. Very charismatic and our whole experience at this dealership was wonderful! If we ever decide to upgrade again we will be purchasing from this dealership.

I was searching the internet for a vacation vehicle, a van of some sort. After putting in my info I received quite a few emails form various dealerships, I choose ourisman Honda of Laurel. I made an appointment with Anthony D. and after speaking with him I was so comfortable with the phone conversation that we made an appointment for me to come in. It was a Saturday, I had so much to do that day but since I promised to go I went, Anthony D. met me at the door and got the keys and took me for a test drive, while we were test driving he was explaining all the features of the vehicle, when we got back I was so impressed with everything that I signed the papers and got my new Honda Odyssey 2016. I love my new van and I would definitely recommend Ourisman Honda of Laurel and Anthony D. I did not go to purchase a new vehicle but after talking to Anthony I was glad I did. I recently was faced with the challenging task of buying a new car. After a lousy first experience of buying a car from a dealer I was a bit apprehensive this time. I had a really great experience purchasing my brand new 2016 Honda Accord from Ourisman Honda Laurel a few weeks ago! My sales consultant, Ramon Hart was simply the best! He was very calm (yet confident and firm), patient and sincere. He really made me feel like he was working with me and was listening to my needs as opposed to pushing his agenda and simply trying sell to me a car. I appreciated that very much. All the other people I came across during my "researching and decision making phase" (it took me a almost two weeks to seal the deal.... I like to do thorough research before making a decision) were extremely nice and warm as well. The finance lady I worked with, Debbie, also deserves a shout out. She is funny and just all round great, too! :-) This is my second time purchasing a car at this location and I think that in itself speaks volumes. In a nutshell, they are very professional, deliver excellent service and are very nice people to work with!

After much deliberation I finally decided to purchase a new car. This is not my first Honda and I'm sure it won't be my last. I was referred to two places, a Chevy dealership and a Honda dealership. I wasn't so sure I wanted to drive a Chevy and I was driving a Ford for about 2 years. I decided to check out the Honda dealership in Laurel and I must admit they have a really great team of people working their. Most of the time you go to a dealership, their rude, nasty and arrogant. Not in this case at all. My salesman was Brandon Hickson-Hamilton and I must say, he went above and beyond to accommodate me and meet all of my needs. At first I just wanted to look at used cars, yet I was able to purchase a brand new 16 Accord. Brandon was very welcoming and made sure he thoroughly explained everything to me. I got a great deal and a great rate. I just knew in my mind that I was going to driving back off the lot in my old Ford. To God be the Glory! I am now the proud owner of my second Honda and my new baby will look good sitting in front of my house. After having a bad experience with another Honda dealership, I was skeptical about what my experience going to be at the Ourisman Honda of Laurel dealership. I had done all my research and knew what I wanted to buy. I requested some information through Autotrader, and Brandon Hickson-Hamilton reached out to me the next day. After confirming they had the HR-V EX in the color I wanted I went to see the car that evening. 3 hours later, I purchased the car without any hassle.I look forward to taking advantage of the program they have at the dealership for new car purchases. Wow! What an experience I had at Honda. I came with the intention of just looking to see what was on the lot and I left a customer. A well dressed gentleman greeted me on the lot, engaged with me about my needs and desires in a car and then wowed me with the perfect car. Brandon truly knows the ins and outs of the CRVs. It accommodates my needs and the needs of my family. There was no way I would have left the lot after the presentation and test drive. And then Brandon was very professional and patient with me with all of my questions concerning the car. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing. I went to Ourisman Honda to purchase my first car. The salesman who helped me was Anthony Davenport, and he could not have been more courteous and enjoyable to work with. He explained everything about the vehicle very clearly, and took the time to really listen to what I needed in a car and offered helpful advice. Even after the purchase was made, Anthony helped me get acquainted with all the car's features and made sure I knew how to use everything. Ramon Hart of Ourisman's Honda of Laurel sold me my 2015 Honda Fit in February. He actually came in on his day off because I couldn't make it on the day I originally scheduled. Ramon made my first car buying experience easy and pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda Fit's features and although it was freezing cold outside, he stood by my door patiently going over every detail twice! He kept a smile on his face the entire time. When I had to come into the dealership a couple of days after our first meeting, he greeted my family by their names without having to ask again and shook everyone's hand. Ramon made me feel welcomed and that my business was appreciated. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends in the future and will definitely go back to him for my next car.
