I have to say I had the best experience with Ives Rodriguez. He definitely made me feel comfortable since the minute he greeted me outside. He showed me all the cars I was interested in his inventory, he was real patient with. He is definitely the go to guy in Hyattsville if you are ever looking for a car. I recommend him to anyone who is nervous to go in a dealership he made me feel comfortable and never pushy. Thank s Ives!

I was so sure I was not going to be able to get a car, given my history with cars. Mike did not see that as a obstacle, but a challenge he cheerfully accepted. After six hours and a trip to herndon, I left with my 2017 Toyota Camry LE and couldn't be happier. No more excessive Uber or bus rides for me. If you're in need of a car? GO SEE MIKE ROBINSON! WE BOUGHT OUR DREAM CAR! Our sales guy Brandon Tyler was amazing with us! He was very patient and understanding. He was Professional with the entire searching/buying process and very entertaining to my 8 and 5 year old! Definitely recommend him and the dealer! So happy I chose Easterns Automotive! Make sure you speak to Mike Robinson! I originally purchased a vehicle I was happy with but wasn't my ideal car. Fortunately Mike worked some things out and within a few days I was driving off the lot in a newer 2016 vehicle better than what I was originally looking for, with with all the bells and whistles. Loved the fact that he actually cared and took the time to get in me in my new car, hassle free. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Easterns over any other dealership. Phenomenal team of sales staff.
