After reading the other service reviews for Hagerstown Honda I felt I had to write. I actually started taking my non-Honda there for oil changes because it was convenient for me. I then bought a CR-V there and have it back for scheduled maintenence three times. Their service advisors were courteous and helpful, the estimates they gave me were reasonable and they did not try to upsell me on anything. Kevin (service advisor) even told me to hold off on some brake work when I expressed a concern. I will continue to use this service department for both the CR-V and my other vehicle.
