Everything was handled perfectly. I'm currently reading the new vehicle's owners manual. Once I finish it, I hope to reach back to the dealership with some questions. Otherwise, I'm just waiting to make the first payment so I can set it up with my web banking with all of my other regular bills.

Horrible Car Sales Experience

I would stay away from this Dealership. They sold a used Convertible. The car appeared to be in good shape. After a rain, back seats were soaked, carpet was wet. Dealership did not accept any responsibility. I recommend to stay away from this Dealership.

After you buy the car, they dont know you, theyre rude and insulting. Service is worse. 2 hours for an oil change at twice the price of anyone else.When you pick the car from service, the bill will make you faint. It's not the price that they quoted you when you brought the car in.They insist that they quoted you that price. They need to be investigated by the Attorney General's Office.Also, the items owed after the sale are not forthcoming, they hope that you'll just go away.

Heather Wingerd greeted me upon arrival and took care of the paper work and explained the procedure for the sixty thousand mile inspection. She was very professional and friendly. The procedure took less than the estimate time and price of the work was very reasonable. The staff appeared to be very cooperative with one another and the overall atmosphere of the facility was pleasant and efficient.

Cindy was very helpful and courteous.however I was a little disappointed in the work done . Had squirrels chew and make a nest and when I checked engine still had leaves in it. My car isn’t even a year old and of course it was covered by warranty. So for 600.00 it should have been leave free.
