My internet experience almost buying a Kia Soul from King KIA on Mar 23, 2018. I left Columbus Ohio and drove 402 miles 6 hours and 8 minutes because of this email. I called and said I was on my way (from Columbus Ohio) I had been working with several different dealers and have bought dozens of cars online over the last 20 plus year. I’ve even been in the business and invested in 4 different car lots and wholesaled cars. I pay cash and don’t need financing. I look up my trades value email pictures and go buy the best offer. At 8:28 PM I drove onto King KIA at 953 N Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20879, 9 minutes later I left! After driving for 6 hours the rep said they actually wouldn’t sell for $11,300. It had nothing to do with my trade they hardly looked at it. I don’t need drama I just picked up my paper work and left. Of course I get the inevitable call to come back. Not on your life, I have 2 other offers for the same and would not trust these [non-permissible content removed] if they gave it to me. I was so impressed with the gentleman who sold me the KIA Soul--he was polite, helpful, accommodating...and he went out of his way to work with my financial concerns and budget. Usually I have a jaded view of the whole car buying experience, but, my goodness, this was such a pleasant surprise! Thanks so much for selling me the first *new* vehicle I've purchased in eighteen years!

Both Shahed and Ryan were great and accepted that I wanted to negotiate via email and not waste time talking and coming into the dealership beyond the test-drive and the actual purchase. Both Shahed and Ryan responded to inquires very quickly and after normal hours. There was excellent and seamless coverage when Shahed was out of the office. Another team member pinch hit and took me out for the test drive. Ryan responded when Shahed was off. The purchase time was very quick. There was never any pressure put on me by anyone at the dealership. That was not the case with other dealerships. I feel like I got a very good deal.

Salesmen were low pressure, but attentive. I was happy to be able to communicate by email which is convenient for my busy schedule and life style. I was disappointed that the salesmen didn't have more information about the new KIA Niro Plugin, but he was honest about the information he did have.

This has been my best car buying experience yet! Daniel was fantastic and would highly recommend working with him when looking to purchase a car! This was my first time buying a car all on my own (without my parents helping me) and I was a little nervous about how the process would go since I had so many questions. Daniel was extremely patient, he made sure that all my questions were answered before I made any decisions and was not pushy by any means like I have experienced with other dealerships. During the financing process I worked with Tim, this was another part that I was nervous about due to past experience and having so many questions about how the process worked. Tim was also absolutely fantastic!! He was really took the time to explain numbers to me showed me all of my options and worked to help me make sure I left with everything I wanted while staying in my budget. I will absolutely return to King Kia for any future purchases and send friends and family their way. I was completely satisfied with my experience from start to finish.
