I was accidentally locked out of my Prius and was across the street from the service center. The gentleman who took my call was able to convince a mechanic to come over and help me. I was very grateful for the level of service.

I bought our car at Fitz. Not for any other reason than a good price. Its a $45,000 car that frankly we dont like.
