Ms. Eva Sumichrast, did a great job in helping us buy a 2019 Highlander! Good sales experience, she walked us through the whole process. Additionally, Eva detailed the truck herself making it all sparkaly and cool before leaving. Lastly, there is no haggling for the best price, which we hate, we got a wonderful deal. I would recommend Fitzgerald Toyota and Eva to get their new or used car or truck from.

On Tuesday May 26th I had the pleasure of buying a 2015 Kia Cadenza from FitzWay Gaithersburg Toyota. Thanks to Jeremy Nease for making my transaction both zero stressful and definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jeremy was able to get me a good trade for my car and most importantly the monthly payment I had hoped to get going in. He's very personable , professional and adept at taking care of his customers needs when you're looking for that next car. I am extremely happy with my Kia and would not hesitate to return to Jeremy Nease to take care of any future car purchases. Also I want to give thanks to Lindsey Gray in the Finance Department for taking me through the financial part of the car buying experience. She was tremendously helpful with explaining all the information on warranties , gap coverage and other items of interest so that I was able to make informed decisions on what I needed to do in order to protect my Kia for years to come. My whole car buying experience was amazing from start to finish. Jeremy was a superb salesman. I inquired about a Tundra Pro weeks before thinking about committing, just testing the waters online. He responded quickly and was patient with all my questions. He kept in contact with me days after even after I decided to not pursue it anymore. After I decided to trade in my current vehicle his Manager John not only gave me what I was looking for but even a little more and I was sold right there. I inquired about home delivery due to the distance to the dealership and Jeremy didn't even hesitate. He dropped off the vehicle at my front door and we signed all the paperwork in my garage. I highly recommend using Fitzgerald Gaithersburg again and also having Jeremy Nease as your salesman. Not sure I can go anywhere else after the way I was treated! Just fantastic! Thank you again!!

I enjoyed the sales process at Fitzgerald Toyota in Gaithersburg. I reached out to them via True car and was contacted by Jose. We discussed what I was looking for and he worked the numbers on several deals. I came in and decided on a high mileage lease. I took delivery on a beautiful 2020 Toyota Tundra that night. I was in last Friday and bought a Honda CRV for a great value. My dad was with me and felt comfortable enough to let me finish the process on my own with Pablo in sales and Santos in financing- that speaks volumes. Absolutely no pressure other than the fact the car was a great value and if I loved it I should go for it or someone else will. Wonderful, kind staff. Thanks so much!

Mrs Olga was very helpful when I went to buy a car. Even when I called to ask questions she wouldn’t hesitate to hell me. She walked me through the sales process better than anyone I’ve ever met. She was so kind and even showed me how to work out the new things in my car. She makes me want to buy another one.

I knew what I wanted with exact features and so it had to be ordered. I was also of course looking for the best price. This place was recommended to me by a friend and sure enough the price more than met my expectations. The sales people were fantastic and signing the paperwork was actually quite enjoyable and entertaining. I highly recommend.

Best Salesperson

Recently I took my 82 year old mother to look into possibly purchasing a car. Since 2004 she has been driving her beloved Toyota Sienna minivan, but that vehicle was at the end of its road. At 82 she was overwhelmed by the idea of learning to drive a car with lots of new technology. I called the Gaithersburg dealership in advance of the visit and requested a sales person who would be patient and understanding with an elderly driver. They said "we have the perfect person" and they were right. Olga Kuznetsova was exceptional. I have purchased other vehicles from Fitzgerald in the past, so I knew they had terrific customer service and a truly a no hassle approach to sales, but Olga took it to another level. In the end, my mom could not take the stress of changing cars so we went ahead and put money into repairing her old van (that is what Toyota gets for making such a great minivan), but when I am ready to buy my next Toyota, Olga will definitely get my business!

Was looking for a new used car, they had one that matched what I was looking for listed online. Went up it was still there drove it, and decided it was the one. My Sales consultant Ali was very helpful and walked me through the whole process and making me feel at home. The sale's manager Tony was also very helpful with the process of trading in my car and making sure I knew what was going on all the way up to singing all the paper work, and going above and beyond to make the deal happen. Over all a great buying experience.

Highly recommended! I had the best experience here! This was my second time trading my car, third time buying from them. I couldn't be happier with my RAV4 and I have to thank Olga Kuznetsova and Greg for this amazing experience! I truly I LOVED working with Olga and would recommend her to anyone. She was training Greg a new sales person on the floor and He was super helpful as well. Any question I would ask Greg, recommendations and or opinions he would sincerely respond to me; I am sure he will become a fantastic and valuable person for Toyota. Both Olga and Greg were patient with my crazy demands, they were friendly and very supportive through the whole process. They both make sure I understood all the mechanics of the car and the new feature the car had. I learned as much as I could from both of them about the state of the art technology in this car.
