We leased our second Crosstrek from Gateway in Salisbury, MD. Our first lease with them went smoothly, so we decided on leasing a new Crosstrek from them when our 2021 lease ran out. We ordered the car we wanted and came down a month early to service the older car. Our new car had just arrived and we were able to drive it away with only 6 miles on the odometer. Dealer support was quick and friendly.

Routine maintenance, recall check, and software update for remote opening systems completed. Gateway's service has always been excellent. Have purchased two Subarus from firm. Sales team is not pushy and carefully listens to a buyers interests/concern. I have recommended Subaru and Gateway to others interested in Subaru vehicles or service. I appreciate the amenities in the customer waiting area - free internet, television, beverages and snacks. The free car wash after service is another nice benefit.

Service Department pushes unnecessary filter and fluid changes, at inflated prices, before the Subaru maintenance schedule says they are due. The "free" car wash leaves your car looking worse because it isn't dried
