We bought a used Honda Ridgeline from this dealer last year, and we’re so happy with the transaction that we didn’t hesitate to come back when we needed to replace our old SUV. We called Mike directly because we he got us a great deal last time - and he came through again, both with the new car pricing and a more than fair trade in value. Needed repairs to damaged car. Sales representative was professional and responsive to customer need. Did a nice job maintaining communication with Insurance Company and customer so that estimated time to complete repairs was clear. Only slight additional delay when disabled car horn was not detected immediately by customer repair folks.

I came to Jim Coleman Honda to look at a number of used Hondas and ended up purchasing one. They did a nice job maintaining an atmosphere of helpful service without too much pressure. Very friendly and accommodating at all levels. My only complaint was how long the process took, but I think part of that was that it was a sunday.

Quickly resolved an unusual problem

Hi. My new CRV had an unusual problem. Cliff, my service advisor, was an absolute pleasure. He immediately jumped on the problem, taking a ride with me so I could reproduce the problem for him and another technician. He gave me a loaner car while he tapped the collective brainpower of a national network of service technicians. By the next day he had fixed the problem and seemed to find joy in solving it. It made it a pleasure working with him!
