Fantastic Car Buying Experience

I purchased my Nissan Rogue on the last day of January. After shopping around I found the lowest price at Antwerpen Nissan in Clarksville. They had the color I was looking for and the folks there stayed late to wrap up the deal and were eager to make my experience perfect. I got my Rogue here and you should too. A+++

Horrible Customer Service

I'm a first time car buyer and I was recommended to this dealership by a friend so I decided to go check it out despite the fact that it is a hour away. I was immediately brushed off by Greg the salesman who was very rude and obnoxious to me the entire time. He told me that before I take the car on a test drive I "should know how much it cost so I don't waste his time." In a business that requires people to pay thousands of dollars for there products you would expect the customer service would be a lot more professional. T=After that he proceeded to show me the total price for the car which included FIVE thousand dollars for taxes and fees! I was appalled I have never heard of such a thing in my life! I am very disappointed in this service and I will never return to this location again. I advice anyone going to this location not to work with Greg he does not care about helping the customer only about scamming impressionable first time car buyers.

Shady Pricing Tricks

I am so disappointed that this company pulled a total price bait and switch on me. I drove 2 and a half hours roundtrip to check out a car with 95k miles that looked like a decent deal. I assumed that the fair/low price was because the mileage was so high and I called before I drove out to make sure the car was as I wanted and I understood that State inspection, title, taxes etc. would be additional. However, after test driving the car, they slapped me with an additional $1699 "refurbishment" fee that is applied to all used cars. They claim that this is disclosed in the small print on their website, however no where on the site can you find that the price is this exorbitantly high and you have to read well into the fine print to even find that they charge for a "refurbishment fee". If you read their reviews on cargurus and other sites, you can see that they use this tactic all the time. PLEASE save yourself the hassle before driving out to see any used cars and make them SPELL OUT what all the additional fees will be. I know they use this tactic to get unsuspecting people in there with false low prices.

Bait and Switch

This dealership tried to lie to me by making a written offer that included freight, but after questioning them; they said it wasn't included - giving me some song and dance that it was an error with Edmunds.com..... I find it reprehensible that this dealer would hang me out to dry with these unethical business practices.

Imani G. at Antwerpen Nissan was able to get us into a brand new Rogue with almost no money down, despite having negative equity on our trade. He got us the car payment we wanted and didn't keep us there hald the day. Great experience and Love my new car!

I had a wonderful experience at Antwerpen Nissan in Clarksville. The salesman, Greg F., listened to what I wanted and put me in the 2013 Sentra. The Sentra is the perfect car for my needs and the monthly payment fits nicely in my budget. I could not have asked for more from Greg or the loan officer. It was a low pressure situation and I got what I wanted.

I would definitely recommend the Antwerpen Nissan dealership in Clarksville. Dennis B. was my salesman and he gave me a great deal! Also, Dennis went above and beyond what most car salesman do. He went over every feature in the vehicle. Gave me my first oil change free and continues to call to follow up with me on my Sentra.

I was a little apprehensive about buying a car as this is the first time I've purchased a new car. But, Dennis B. was extremely helpful and he helped calm my nerves about all the horror stories you hear about people buying cars and getting ripped off. Dennis was thorough, didn't pressure me, and really helped me make the best decision for my situation. I have had questions since purchasing and he always either has the answer or will get the answer to my question promptly. I love my Altima, Antwerpen Nissan, and Dennis!

I just got a used Sentra from Antwerpen Nissan. They didn't have a lot of used cars to choose from but the ones they had were nice and most were in my budget. I decided on a 2009 Nissan Sentra and I am very happy with it. I checked online before I came and they have really good prices on all of their cars. There was no BS either. I went to another dealer before I went to Antwerpen Nissan and they played games with the prices charging extra fees on top of the internet price. I was very happy with these guys at Antwerpen Nissan. They did exactly what they said they would do and they were friendly and professional. I will be leaving a review for that other dealer next.
