Contacted this dealership to buy a car for the advertised price on their website and they would not sell the car for the price they're advertising for they tried to add in 2000 dollars for what they call the ourisman protection package which is supposed to be for dealer prep and nitrogen in the tires, only thing this protects is their wallet. This is absolutely laughable and disgusting these are the practices that give all dealers a bad name, just read the negative reviews they give the same garbage response to contact the sales manager while they continue to try and deceive customers into paying more money. better to deal with a dealership that's up front and honest with their prices than lies like this. TJ was so kind to my family and I. We came in knowing what we wanted to look at and TJ was ready for us. He was very knowledgeable about the Durango and made me feel like I was his top priority. TJ was also very kind to our children and that was an added bonus. The next day, I came back with some questions and TJ was ready to answer them. He even grabbed some wax from the service department to buff out a few scratches that were on my new vehicle. I have already been telling my family and friends about him.

Bait and switch dealership!

Don't buy from this dealership! They advertise one price on the Internet, salesman on the phone to sweeten the deal claims to be able to lower the price shown to $32k from $35k and when you drive an hour to see the car and close the deal, sales manager says oh sorry, that car is $10 - 15k more because of upgrades that are NOT mentioned on their webstite. Defiantly a Bait and Switch Dealership in my opinion. I thought Bait and Switch was illegal? So buyer beware! Again in my opinion this is as crooked as it comes. I would have given zero stars but it wouldn't let me!

My boyfriend and I both went and shopped for new vehicles at Ourisman and Reggie was out sales rep. He was friendly,very helpful and extremely knowledgable during the whole process. My boyfriend and I both drove away with new trucks. I highly recommend that anyone shopping for a new or used car go here. Thanks again everyone at Ourisman, BEST car shopping experience I've ever had!

Mr. Raymond and Mr. Monty really took care of me! I've had really bad experiences with car salesmen in regards to pressure and lies, however they were straight forward and worked with me!! 5 stars all the way

Everything was to excellent and service was superb! I wasn't really planning on trading my 2013 Dodge Durango in for a 2016 model, but great customer service will make that call very easy! I had been having horrible service at another Dodge dealer and that almost made me reconsider my patronage to the brand until by chance, I decided to stop at Ourisman!

Everyone was professional and friendly and not pushy. I felt we were al family. A smooth experience from start to finish and they made sure I was going to walk away super satisfied. Kevin will have my business in the future.

Very pleasant and professional. Made sure that I had a very good opportunity to get the car I wanted and took the time out to show me some of the neat features of the car before leaving. Always reminded me if I needed anything, not to hesitate to call.

Incompetence or Deceit?

Purchased 2016 Renegade 26 May '16. No spare key. Was presented with a dealer requirements form stating "perfect" - nothing due from dealer. I protested, was presented new form stating dealer owed key. Told they would find it and give me a call. Over next two weeks, no call. I called many times, never got an answer. Finally went in person. Service rep said he would order key and give me a call. A week later, still no call. I filled out the online Jeep survey sent to me following the sale and listed the details of the missing key and my efforts to get it. Suddenly got a call from sales rep to say key is on back order. Today I have received notice from Maryland Motor Vehicles Administration that my old car is no longer insured and I have to either insure it or bring plates in to de-register it. Ourisman has still not accomplished the registration transfer. I am 61 years old, have purchased many vehicles, have never had such a bad experience with a car dealer. No excuse. Buy from a more competent dealer and avoid Ourisman.

A friend referred me to a salesman named Don Okay. The friend and went to the dealership to first look at the vehicles in the across the street lot. Immediately walking on the lot I saw exactly what I wanted, then walked over to the building office to seek out Don. As friend and I walked over in the drizzling rain, sure enough, Don was just about walking over to meet with us with umbrella, not knowing we were about to come looking for him. During friend and I conversation with Don on how much I loved and wanted the vehicle I saw, and my credit status. It was at that point, I honestly knew that I was going to drive away in the vehicle. Don came through for me as he assured me during our conversation. I was under no pressure, I want what I want, got exactly what I wanted. The purchase is one of the most satisfying purchase I have every made, so impressed with the vehicle. Thanks to Don Okay for making this possible.

Pat (my salesperson) was awesome. Her patience is what set her apart from other sales people. She made sure I liked the car and did not pressure me. She wanted to understand why I was buying the car and took the time to listen. I have purchased over 40 cars and Pat made this was my most satisfying experience. She actually cared that I made the purchase for the right reason versus making a purchase based on impulse. She has a repeat customer. The finance guy was also very good. He made sure my finance options were clear and understood. This was oddly the best experience I've ever had buying a car.

My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Ourisman Bowie. I love my new Jeep and working with Billy, Dana and Carlos was a breeze. I plan to trade in a year or so my wife has had her eye on the Durango. You won't regret going here and I must say the proof is in the pudding, this is my 3rd car in 3 months.

Hopelessly Snafu'd

I made an appointment to see a very specific model and color. When we got there, the dealer did not have it in stock. When I finally did buy the car, the dealer messed up the registration. Meanwhile, my dealer's temporary plates were getting close to expiration. I called and emailed them, but they didn't send an extension in time and I had to take my car off the road. I am very disappointed with this Ourisman Dodge of Bowie.
