The salespeople were knowledgeable, low pressure and helpful. When I first arrived I indicated I just wanted to test drive the RAV 4 that day and I was not buying. I appreciated that that was respected.

Excellent customer service and ability to work over email/texts as a non-local customer; fair pricing; And just very friendly - none of the uncomfortable sales tactics. We were in and out in just 3 hours instead of all day. They made sure the pre-owned car looked like as new as possible. Nelson, Bienvenue & Vince were all excellent!

Great experience at Jim Coleman

Everyone from the sales team to the finance team was fantastic (shot out to Paulo in particular). The process of purchasing the vehicle did not take long, and all the employees were very friendly and approachable. I am moving out west next year, but if I ever return back to the area and need to buy a new car, I will be going back to Jim Coleman.

Oh wow I can Bragg all day about my salesman Mr. Redd an my finance manager Anthony Kamola , they were fantastic, they made me feel so comfortable. By the time I left I knew everything about the car, Mr. Redd was the best salesman I have ever had and I’ve bought many cars
