Will never buy a car from jones again. They lied to me and I found out two weeks later after I bought my car that they changed the entire situation due to what they claim is a "data entry error." The car was supposed to be titled in just my name and they call two weeks later after the deal is done to say that they have to title it in both myself and my co-signer's name when they assured me during the deal that this would not happen.

Sales staff was very responsive hence the second star. The "internet price" you supposedly lock in doesn't include a $2,600 surcharge for the "Jones for a lifetime" plus reconditioning, etc. Had the 2,600 been included I'd of saved the time and wasted gas going out there for a test drive. The car only had 39k miles and looked cherry in the pics, but all four rims were chewed up and it ran like it had 139k. Places like this are what makes Carmax so successful.

Lets just start off on a good note the salesman Bobby was great but the sales manager blow the deal offered me one deal on Sat.and a much higher deal on Tuesday.So after that I spoke with there new car internet sales person who said he would fix the problem if i was still interested.Haven't heard a word from him since.There customer service could stand to be improved.Don't fall for that trick this deals only good for today stuff either.
