We drove 75 miles to get the best pricing. The whole process was transparent and very low pressure. No attempts at add-ons or hidden fees. No conditional discounts. They worked with us on financing to make the purchase economical. Sales staff was great and knowledgeable.

In the past I have spent hours and hours at a dealership, playing games and maybe feeling g that I got a good deal. Rob Jones at Jones Junction was great. He never pressured us in buying a vehicle. He was thoughtful and asked us questions that really made us think about what was wanted. He took the time to walk us through the process. And he was very considerate that we had a babysitter for our kids and were on a tight schedule. He was great and offered us options to ensure we stayed on track with our time and respected our time at the dealership.

Transparency

We kept hearing I am being transparent. I finally said I don’t want to hear that anymore because you are about as transparent as that wall. So many mis-truths. Then when caught in those mis-truths the back tracking. Very sarcastic and when you give it back seemed offended. The one of worst car buying experiences ever.

Customer Service Makes all the Difference

I want to take a few seconds to commend the Jones Junction Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. After searching the Internet for a particular color and style Jeep that was not available at another dealership, my initial excitement began when your Sales Rep, Barry Bon found the color on your huge lot in the wanted color in 3 different trims and sent me photos. I decided to com in to take a look up front and do a test drive. Traveling from a distance, when I arrived the vehicles were parked right out front of your store looking like showroom models. I didn't have to wait around. Barry had the keys in his hands and I immediately went on the test drive. Even the test drive was different than at another dealership. So I made decision to buy the model on the spot. The application and price was finalized by the Sales Mngr and Barry. I must say, that Sales Mngr who was on at that time on 5/16 was certainly a God sent. I forgot his name, but I had to shake his hand at the very end. So please find out who he was. I am grateful for him sitting at the front desk. I next met a woman. Taylor Newcomb. I thought she was a Sales Rep too but that was not the case. She broke the products down I a very clear way. I was convinced and even as I write this, I know I made the right decision about the products I purchased. Wow, what an experience. Also, I cannot leave out your Finance Director. Kim Keslo. Very professional. She stayed to the end. I guess that why they save the best for last. She solidified it all and made it happen. Thank you so much Kim. Also, I appreciate all the support and leg work Kelly bplayed in the process. Also, whoever the mechanic was who installed the parts on the Jeep, thak you, thank you, thank you.My final words. Barry and Taylor I appreciate you for your attentiveness to detail, follow through and superb service. Because of you, I believe I will always be in the Jeep family.From the 1st day to now, horns were honking and drivers looking at my Jeep. Thank you all so much for can certainly understand why great customer service makes all the difference in the world we live in today.No wonder Jones Junction is so great.The advertisements are true and the service is even better. No integrity

We recieved the Truecar certificate for the vehicle and went to the dealership to look at the vehicle. The dealership had removed the decals that made the vehicle unique and appealing. They were the reason we chose it and drove 45 minutes to see it. After that the sales person tried to add two thousand dollars to the Truecar price and when we argued they offered to "meet us halfway". I called Diane myself to see if she could rectify the situation, but she did not. She backed her salesperson until my wife spoke up and the salesperson finally went above Diane and got someone to match the Truecar price. So in the end we had to haggle and argue to get the Truecar price and they took the decals off the vehicle so it no longer resembled the picture shown online. At least the young Marine we brought in to buy this vehicle was not alone and did not fall for this inflation tactic. We should have left right away because our first interaction with the dealer was them backing out of an agreement, but he was set on this vehicle.

The thing that made my experience great was that my sales person transferred all of my major belongings from the old van to the new one while I was signing my finance papers. It was snowing pretty bad out side and his assistance aided me in getting home to my children and out of the weather faster.
