I have purchased over 50+ cars in my life and the dealer experience can be anywhere from horrible to outstanding. This dealership is beyond outstanding. Never once did I feel pressured or having to settle, They were totally honest and disclosed everything about the car and purchase. The 3-day return process really takes the pressure off the purchase. They go into every facet of your purchase. The finance guy (his name escapes me) is the best finance guy I have ever dealt with. Resourceful, honest and patient. I will totally recognize the dealer to whomever will listen.

I bought my Certified Preowned Infiniti from this dealership. I drove from New Jersey to Maryland to purchase this car. I specifically wanted a Certified vehicle because I thought this was a guarantee that I was purchasing a good vehicle. Less than a month after I purchased my vehicle, the brake lights came on. I took my car to the dealer in NJ, I was told that I needed brakes. If the brakes on a Certified vehicle have to be a certain level, why do I need brakes in less than a month? I drive straight highway to work, no stop and go driving. When I contacted my sales person Christian Tapia...I was told to call Service manager. The service manager brushed me off as well as the sales manager. I even emailed the General Manager, of course, he didn't even respond. Once they get your money, you don't matter to this dealership.
Purchase of a new vehicle

I recently purchase a new vehicle from this dealer, and was very please with their salesman Dennis Hunt. He took the time to explain everything about the car. He gave us a walk through and introduction of people working in the service dept. I think his customer service was an A-plus, and would highly recomend sheety Infiniti to everyone who is in the market for a new car.

I recently purchased a used 2007 G35 and I could not be happier. The prices are fair (having spent 4 months researching prices for similar vehicles). They (Nick S.) are true to their word and friendly. No bait and switch. There was no pressure for add ons. This friendliness has extended beyond the sale, which I cannot say for many of the other dealers in the Annapolis area. They have gone out of their way to ensure that everything is right. I would certainly go back when I need to purchase another vehicle.

Not a bad experience for a car dealer. I ended up with the car I wanted at a decent price. Some components of the deal are still not complete as I wait for those promised items to be ordered.
