Dealership advertises and quotes excellent prices to get you in, but will not honor the pricing. If you resist all the gimmicks, they'll pull back the offer by saying the vehicle has been sold. Don't waste your time here.

Daniel was extremely helpful and very attentive to our questions. He had great attention to detail (down to the programming of my radio presets to the same as my trade-in). Sales managers frequently stopped by to check on how things were going and if there was anything we needed.

I would go back to Koons Annapolis. However, our salesperson kept forgetting things . . . such as the truck was missing an antenna and we almost left without one and had to go back; he promised to fill up the tank before we left and he forgot, but we weren't going to turn around to go back. So, there were a lot of little things that were annoying.

I purchased a 2104 Ford Explorer Limited from Apple Ford brand new. My experience with them was horrible in 2014. I almost return to Apple Ford this time around. I thought their pricing was worth the torture. After going through several rounds of research and email negotiating, I learned that their schemes went farther than just how I was treated. I will never, ever return to Apple Ford - lack of integrity is unacceptable. Using USAA's Car Buying Service, I was referred to Koons Ford of Annapolis. I can't put into words how surprised I was at the incredible way I was treated. My Salesman was of the utmost professional caliber with such strong integrity. My questions were answered on the spot and when I didn't know what to ask, he voluntarily shared information. The purchase process was not long. The pricing was clear from the start, unlike Apple Ford who changed the numbers once I was sitting in front of them. While at Koons Ford of Annapolis, I felt like I was more than just a customer. The discussions felt like a natural discussion with a friend. The Sales Manager was amazing. He too was open and honest. The Finance Manager was brilliant. He was informative and very helpful. Thank you Koons Ford of Annapolis.

We purchased F150 my husband is normally very nervous about buy anything. Yanni and all the staff made sure we are doing ok at all times. We would not be sitting for long before someone else would come around the corner and ask if we need anything and to advise how far we are with in the process and how much longer before we would be finished. We advised what we needed our payments to be and they worked with us till the end . Frank and I are very happy .

The salesperson Juan was very professional and helpful. He could sense that we really wanted a specific car and was willing to make it happen to keep happy customers. The manager, finance specialist, and everyone involved in the deal was professional and worked hard and efficient. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back again if I was in the market for a new Ford.

My salesman, Rich, was very helpful in finding the right car for me. The Ford Fusion is incredible, on the first tank of 14 gallons, I have driven almost 600 miles... would have used 3 or 4 times that in the Grand Marquis I traded in. And with the special in progress, I saved over $10,000 on the list price plus, Rich set me up in a 3 year lease which will save me even more. Thanks, Ford.

I ordered my F-150 PU and I would have liked to have known where it was being built. Also the finance guy was nice at the beginning, but after not purchasing the extended service plan he became very short as if he was trying to win my friendship initially to make the sale for commissions but after I said no became a totally different person.

Purchased an Explorer XLT. You didn't have the color combination that I was looking for, but Desmond was able to locate it at another dealership. It arrived within 1 business day and was exactly what I was looking for. I believe that Desmond was the most honest sales rep that I have ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable about the Ford products, options and features It was a pleasure working with him and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that I know that may be interested in a Ford purchase and I would purchase from him again as well.

This was the first time I ever bought a car from a dealer, my husband was at boot camp and I was very nervous to do this by myself. The staff was very helpful and supportive in fact the salesmen was in the section of the military my husband is in so he helped more than just with the car. I felt comfortable and not bullied like had at other dealers everyone helped me get what I wanted and no one tried to sell me on somthing I didn't need.

Very helpful staff spent less then an hour negotiating deal but unfortunately paperwork person had called in so only had one person handling and had to wait over an hour but was worth it cause it was exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted

Purchased a 2016 Expedition EL right before Thanksgiving. Our sales associate John was extremely helpful and worked hard to accommodate all our requests to see different ones, test drives and repeated visits. During the final purchase, he pushed to get it done as quickly as possible. It did take a few hours, partially because of the holiday, but it went smoothly. Everyone we've dealt with at Koons Ford has been outstanding.

The staff involved were very considerate that I did not have time to come into the dealership to ask questions, etc. & needed to communicate via e-mail. I received excellent service from all involved in this transaction. My needs were met, a decision was quickly reached, & the transaction was completed without complications. Kudos to all! Randy Tucker was very personable, & made me feel at ease. I appreciated his extensive knowledge of the F150's. I would definitely return to buy another vehicle with his assistance, & I would recommend him to others. I would also not hesitate to give him a call to ask him questions about my new vehicle that I know he could answer, as I feel he has extended his assistance past the sales point.
