Went for my annual sticker and oil change, etc. Needed rear brakes (not a surprise) and they were able to take care of that within a very reasonable time. Service manager was very informative and helpful.

I showed up at the wrong location. Instead of sending me away, they fit me in for detailing. The were very nice and very accommodating. When I apologized for my mistake, they went as far as to say “it very well might have been our fault”. He and I both knew it was totally my mistake. I will always come to this location. They went above and beyond. Thank you.

Surprisingly good!

Unlike so many bad experiences I've had with dealerships in the past, I was treated with honesty, friendliness, and competence. The mechanic and service manager did not try to over sell me and showed me on the car everything they cited on the estimate. I'm surprised at how good it went. They've changed my mind about dealership service centers, guess they're not ALL bad.

The service was great as always but I ask if they could help me with a cargo net I order from the parts department that I couldn’t figure out how to put on they said they didn’t have a tech that could help me and maybe parts department could So I went over to the parts department and the clerk didn’t have a clue but said maybe the other person there with him could so he came out tryed to figure it out he tryed so he said he was going to go back to the parts department to find out in the meantime of me waiting a nice salesman I think he was came by and said let me try he did it in a minute and help me with a couple other questions I didn’t get his name but he was so professional and helpful went out of his way to help me I love my Kia I have had over 10 new cars in my lifetime but Kia is the best😍
