Not happy with service

This was our first and last Infiniti vehicle. Between the first lemon that we got there and this car where SERVICE is not taking accountability for the issues that we’ve had with uneven wear on one of the tires after regular rotations and only 25k miles. We won’t make that mistake again. I don’t appreciate hearing the excuse that the person in service is new and they can’t help us with uneven wear even though no one has noticed it or recommended alignments before.

30K Check-up

When I called to schedule a service appointment I specifically asked how much it was going to cost. Unfortunately, the lady setting up the appointment misquoted the cost. After dropping off the call, a person from the service department did call to give me an estimate. I was not in a place financially to spend upward of $800 for the recommended 30k tune up. I had the oil change. It would be nice if someone from service called before dropping off the vehicle to go over pricing. It probably would have saved me the trip.

Our QX60 service visit at Bill Dodge Infiniti was pleasant one. We were greeted immediately and courteously by one of the service managers and escorted into a comfortable lounge area once we had completed the initial paperwork. Our oil change and tire rotation was completed promptly and our vehicle was returned washed and vacuumed. The professional staff should be recognized for their great service at this location. 👍👍👍

I worked with Debbie, seek her out she's very nice and respectful. I was looking to lease a Q50 and trade in my current vehicle. The first offer I received was ridiculously high. They continued to promise to rework the numbers with little improvement. Once I received another offer from Kelly Infiniti in Danvers, MA they were able to improve there price by about $100 per month. Kelly Infiniti continuously beat Bill Dodge to the point were I provided Bill Dodge with their offer. Bill Dodge responding with making my an additionally higher offer then what I presented them with. Do yourself a favor and shop around!
