The sales man ,Rick, was super patient over 6 months to find a vehicle that fit my needs and still would fit my budget. Terrific sales experience would recommend to anybody!

My first Chevrolet

The sales representative was very friendly, determined my needs, whether I was the only person making the decision, also helped me make a decision on what I could afford to buy. He was not aggressive. He printed off a worksheet to help me determine my payment. I anticipated I would be paying $300.00 a month and I was comfortable with that. When I went back to finalize the sale, I saw the manager Lance. A sheet was place in front of me that listed my car payment including a maintenance agreement of between $89.00 and $30.00 per month which put my payment closer to $400.00 per month. I ended up choosing the $389.00 payment but if felt like a bait and switch. My $300.00 worksheet was no where in sight. I wish I would have a heads up on that. I am hoping that monthly maintenance fee is worth it. I always have my oil change and follow a service schedule pretty closely. I have never owned a Chevrolet before so I hope that his will be a safe reliable car for me.

Best Car buying experience i have EVER HAD!

Right from the beginning of my experience at Goodwin, I was greeted and matched up with the perfect sales person for my personality. Whether it was done on purpose or not...it was truly the perfect match. Mikhail Blackman was thorough, patient and most importantly NOT the pushy salesman that I was dreading dealing with that day. He understood that car shopping is a big deal and requires thought of both myself and my partner who was not present at the moment. I will absolutely return to Goodwin Chevrolet and will even swing in to say hello to Mikhail!
