I cannot express how overwhelmed I am about the commitment to superb customer service this dealership employs. I have purchased many many vehicles from different manufactures this one is above any in my 83yrs. Dan McDonald and his sales and service team are above reproach. Our decision to buy a car at MacDonald Motors was based on a referral from one of my wife's relatives who was a former buyer from this dealership. Our experience was very good. No hassle or haggling by a sales person. Very upfront with our questions on price and financing. Very friendly staff to work with. I would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family and would definitely work with them again for any future purchases I may make.

Hi. My wife and I had the best experience buying a vehicle we've ever had at a dealership. I found a truck on line at Macdonald Motors ,sent an email and Travis responded a few minutes later. We went up that afternoon to try out the truck. We wanted to buy it. WE were approved at are local CU in Lewiston, but travis and Dan asked if they could find a better deal for us, we were very up front about our credit not being the best,we didn't want them to do anything for nothing . They never batted an eye ,never made us feel bad like some dealers tried to do. They just said lets try,and try they did. They beat our CU percent but quite a bit. Needless to say we were thrilled , we drove home with the truck,a 2006 dodge ram. The price was what we were looking for. It all went great and NO PRESSURE. We are are both very with our experience . I was very happy with my experience at macdonald motors. I owed on one vehicle and it had high miles and kept breaking down. My salesman was able to get me into a new vehicle, gave me a fair value for.my trade and even though i had to add my old vehicle balance to the new vehicle loan i got a much lower interest rate.

last week I bought my new Chrysler 300s from macdonald motors - it was my first experience with this dealership and it was a pleasure to work with everyone there - I found the car on line, and they couldn't have been nicer on the phone and invited me up to drive it - even taking it out of the showroom ahead of my arrrival. Even though it was over an hour away, it was well worth the trip! They gave me an excellent tradein and I feel I got a great deal on the new car. All in all, it was a very good experience.

Two days ago I picked up my new Wrangler at MacDonald Motors in Bridgton ME. I couldn't be happier with the buying experience. I've always hated buying new cars and dealing with salesmen, this time it was almost fun. The salesman, Tim M., was good to deal with and I felt no pressure at all. He took the time to run different numbers so I could get within the payment range that I wanted. My Jeep was special ordered and only took three weeks to come in. Thanks MacDonalds !!

We have purchased six vehicles from Macdonald Motors, some for us, some for our daughter. Every time we have called or visited the location the sales and service staff know who we are, are glad to see us and take care of our sales or service needs. They are tops in all they do. Any time we've needed help they are right there to support us, know what they can do to help, and do it well and fast. They also know what type of vehicle we are interested in and use our time and theirs to quickly accomplish whatever needs to be done.
