Our salesman Chris was very patient with us, and willing to work with us, from a distance, due to me being sick. Almost everything was done over the phone and email, until we went up to sign paperwork. We never felt pressured, and when we went to look, we weren't even sure we would try to buy a car. The whole experience was so easy, we literally just fell into a car that we loved, and Mike also agreed to throw in the remote start, which was the one thing I really was looking for in my next vehicle.

Never felt rushed or pushed. Very pleasent experience. Friendly staff. I liked the fact that we did not feel we had to buy a car that day if we did not want to it was very nice to be able to just look around without any pressure.

Wonderful experience

My experience was wonderful. My salesman, Curtis Beaulieu, helped me in anyway her could. Really got to know me and my family while we were car shopping, made it seem like we were friends and not that he was just trying to sell me a car. He answered all my questions about the car, and even made sure a couple cause after that I still had no concerns! It was a friendly environment that I would definitely recommend. I can't say anything negative about my time spent at van syckle Kia. Extremely impressed with the financing department, they definitely did a fantastic job helping me get my payment where I'd like it to be. Overall my experience was great. I plan to refer my friend and family to van syckle Kia when they tell me where they should look for a car.

All the staff where friendly. My sales person Mr. Fennelly was very familiar with all the vehicles we looked at and happy to answer all my questions. That made my decision a lot easier. Finance department representative was very helpful. The process took much less time than I thought it was going to.

We were taken care of very well. Our sales representative, Jeremy, was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. He stayed in contact through the whole process of us choosing what we wanted to end up with and when we finally decided to go with Kia for our vehicle. The team found the exact vehicle we were looking for with the exact features and color. They even went all the way to Vermont to get the one we wanted. The staff as a whole was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you for your great work!

The whole experience was great. There was a long wait from beginning of process to end but they were very nice about making us comfortable. It was a Saturday so they were quite busy. We didn't plan on leaving with a vehicle the same day and they made it happen.

Tyler and Mike helped me get a payment I was comfortable with and I am in love with my sorrento SX. I honestly don't see myself going anywhere else again, Tyler was honest and very helpful in making my decision to get into a sorrento from my optima, Mike got a car brought up from Mass for me and even got my windows tinted! overal Im really happy with my car and experience :) Bringing my sister up to see them about trading in her car for a Kia!

Crickets new ride

We had been looking for awhile to purchase a new vehicle but couldn't find one that fit our needs. When we looked at the Kia Sorento it had what we were looking for. Bill was helpful about our buying options and what would work best for us. His help made our decision much easier to make. Was also very pleased with the consideration they had for our dog Cricket as she also was involved with our purchase.

They immediately found our vehicle at another dealership and got it transferred. We received a lot of attention, got all of our questions answered and had an opportunity to trial the vehicle overnight. Everyone was very pleasant helpful.

efficient & straight forward

I called for info on one of the vehicles on the website, and the man who answered the phone, Don, answered my questions and emailed me the different packages available to compare. He did not transfer my call to someone else. Within an hour or so, we had finalized the purchase details. I gave the finance man my info, and Chris delivered the car the very next day. He showed me all the features, and we signed the paperwork.The entire process was very straight forward and efficient.
