Good work but

Service was great! If you all are not going to bring back the punch cards, I’m Going to good. I purchased my truck with you all and I’ve been loyal to you all. There is no longer any benefit to driving 20 miles further to get an oil change that I can get for the same price closer. I have spent 1000’s with you all but you can’t through me a Free oil change after 5? That is bull poop.

Good Dealership. 1 minor thing

I thoroughly liked what I saw. Service was very good. Only 1 thing to complain about. 2 of service guys arguing and hollering at each other. As i got into truck they were hollering and cursing 1 another. My wife was like wow, that is bad to have that going on. Wasn't good to see it. I get it, it happens. But fighting or arguing on job is kind of a deterrence for business. But overall I like my service and will return . Have a great day.

Dropped my 2019 Yukon off for warning light issues.. the service valet driver was great very nice professional man.. the service department fixed the problem it took all day we had to pick the truck up the next day.. I wish they would clean the vehicle after they perform their job.. it always comes back dirty and smudged up.. it takes me hours to clean up after ...

Exceptional Experience

As we all know, car shopping can be intimidating & stressful. However, Legacy’s sales approach was quite different. It’s was customer focus & engaging to our need. Staff was extremely knowledgeable about the products & services offered which made our decision to purchase easy. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the interaction & engagement.

Large inventory , nice sales and service staff

They did a very nice job taking the time to find just the right truck i was looking for in there lot before even going outside in the heat. Sales assistant did an excellent job showing and explaining the truck to me. The finance man was borderline rude rushing the deal, almost walked out without one but made the sale because they had the truck i really wanted. I do recommend them , i tried another dealership closer to my house and they didn’t come close to having a good choice on their lot.

Best new car buying experience ever

The dealership was up front, stuck by the online line prices. They didn't play any games with the numbers and treated with respect. They listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect vehicle. Salesman was patient and I was able to test drive several models until I decided on the perfect one. Thanks for sure a great car buying experience !

Every service and/or repair has been great, and done right the first time. I expect 1st class service and have never had a experience with anything but 1st class. The sales team is not honest

I purchased a new truck and requested to have certain accessories installed as part of the sale. The salesman assured me the accessories would be installed would be no problem. After he purchase I scheduled a time to have them installed and it was at this time I found out they could not be installed and if I wanted them I would have had to order the truck from the factory with them. at this time I attempted to speak to management but was never able to get a call back. I cannot recommend this dealership.

The sales staff is not honest

I purchased a new truck from this dealership and was not told I could have certain accessories installed after the sale. After I purchased the truck and set an appointment to have the accessories installed I was told it was not possible to have them installed as an aftermarket. When I attempted to speak to management I was told "let me get back to you" but they never did call me back. I cannot recommend this dealership.
