Not the dealership for me

onI was not pleased with the attitude of some of the people at this dealership. They do not give the impression that the customer is important to them. Some people on the staff are demeaning and self-serving and do not respect the customers' rights. Also it really is not a good policy to tell customers that they will get a full tank of gas if they hand in their GM dealer satisfaction survey at the dealership, but only if everything is marked "completely satisfied". This dealership should just learn to treat the customers with respect in the first place; don't try to bribe the customer to fill out the surveys the way that you "need them" to be filled out in the end . After buying a vehicle here, I realize that Orr Cadillac-Saab-Hummer is not a dealership that I would like to do business with again, and I would not purchase another car here. I believe that some of the problems and attitudes that I encountered in the finance department may originate at the top of the establishment, and these are reflected in the attitudes of some of the people who work here. My calls to Gregg Orr about these problems were never returned.
