We were greeted as soon as we got out of our vehicle. Taken directly to our salesman we had been working with. Whole process took about 2 -2 1/2 hours. Every staff person who walked by spoke to us and were very friendly and professional! This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Chevyland!

Justin made buying my SUV so easy! Id spent over three collective days with my boyfriend buying his truck from another dealership. I was over it, but I needed a car, too. We went to Chevyland to check out their inventory. Justin greeted us immediately. No haggling. Straight to the point. Let us test drive without any pressure. I got his card and went on my way. A week or two later, I reached back out to him to find me the exact vehicle I wanted. Within 5 minutes, he had my future vehicle located in Dallas and was ready to set up the delivery. He worked the paperwork before I got there. Everything was ready to go. I signed the deal and was on my way. The whole process maybe took 3 hours over all of that time. The day my vehicle arrived, he had it detailed, gassed up, running, and backed in for me to pick up. It took about 15 minutes to get my keys and picture, and I was back on my way. I have absolutely never had a better experience at another dealership. This is my 6th or so car-buying experience, and most definitely the best. Justin called to see how I was liking my new ride and even called to tell me happy birthday months later. The service department called to schedule my first oil change, which was so simple and quick. I am absolutely blown away by the service Ive received. I hope to be a Chevyland - and Justin - customer for life! He found me the exact car I wanted in a matter of minutes! Hands down. Best car-buying experience Ive ever had!

It was a wonderful experience. The biggest component was the ability to make the deal from over 100 miles away. I felt that there was a real sense of urgency which I did not feel with other dealerships that I tried to work with. Heather did an outstanding job and is someone that your dealership should be truly proud of.

Chris Curley was the most helpful and knowledgeable car sale person I have ever encountered. I know have a beautiful truck. Everyone at Chevyland in Shreveport were courteous. Mike was EXCELLENT! I honestly feel as if he went out of his way to make our deal happen. I didn't feel like I had a salesman who just wanted to make a sale. He genuinely wanted to do what was best for us. He was very helpful and very honest! Definitely plan on coming back to him and recommending him to others.

Our salesman did a good job of putting the deal together. The interest rate was extraordinarily high. The FM was a great guy and easy to work with. However, I wish they could've found a bit more money off of the costs. One thing Chevyland needs to improve in my opinion is the delivery of the vehicle. The windows and mirrors had film on them. There is a piece of something, not sure what, around the center console that needed to be addressed. No explanation of features in the vehicle. Things that need to be done in the delivery.

Team members at Chevyland are great, and I have enjoyed doing business there since I bought my Equinox there in 2009. I bought a new Chevy Cruze, and I love it, so far! I was a little disappointed in the way the extended warranty was handled with my new car deal, but it does not affect my opinion of Chevyland or the wonderful people I dealt with.

My wife and I were greeted by Micheal Blackwell who was an excellent salesman. He was patient, kind and nice gentleman. He allowed me to choose the vehicles that I like and did not pressure me to buy a vehicle. In the end I choose the truck that I wanted and was very pleased with every person that was involved with the purchase of my new truck. Chevyland is a Class A car dealership.
