This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. I should of checked the reviews online before going here. The sales manager is unreal. I am not even sure how he holds that position, but I guess it's who you know. I'm not going to go in full detail of what happened as it will invoice way to much typing but stay away from this dealership. There name does not fit there motto. If one of the many local chevy dealerships does not have what you are looking for drive the extra hour or two. I would give them 0 if I could.

The original cash price of the vehicle before tax, title, licensing and fees was almost $4000 lower than what was put on that line. They added around $4000 to the cash price at the top of the contract and when confronted less than 12 hours later they ignored me then eventually said there's nothing they can do.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Best Chevrolet sells flooded vehicles! These vehicles have been traded in in order to avoid filing an insurance claim. Carfax only shows if a claim has been made or if serviced by a dealer. Best Chevrolet then sells the vehicles claiming no flood damage, because the Carfax is clean. Be especially wary of used vehicles from this dealership, flooded vehicles are DANGEROUS! If the powertrain or electrical systems are affected, it can result in a very serious accident!

I've had nothing but false promises from best chevelet. They pressured me into a purchase. They talked down to me because of my age. They put me into an overpriced chevy colorado 2006. which i can't even sell for pay off. I asked for an alarm system to be included in the price and they gave me some B S dealership security system that doesn't even have keyless entry.
