Chris was very professional in helping us purchase a car for my college student. He provided us additional assistant when we needed the car serviced. Chris took the time to communicate even on his days off. I appreciate the extra care and concern he provided me as a parent. With my student being away from home (Chicago) with a new car that we purchased at Ray Brandt, Chris made us feel like family. The service, car and concern he provided was a huge relief. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Bruce the finance manager was also extremely helpful and professional providing excellent advice during the process.

Tommy and his sales manager Bernard were so helpful in finding me the perfect car to lease. I ask a lot of questions and can be quite specific, but these guys answered everything without making me feel uncomfortable at all for asking for transparency. I’m sure a lot of you reading this know how rare is it to find people who work in car sales that actually know how to interact with female customers! Don’t worry about resorting to Carvana for a decent offer though, these guys are woke won’t fwy. I’m finalizing the lease contract with finance right now and will update once the terms of the lease have taken effect/I have a better feeling for how my relationship with the dealership is long-term..but for now, so far so good!

I am satisfied with the sales associate who worked for me. He gave me very good prices on two one-year-old 2017 Sonatas. I bought one of them without hesitation. However, I was fooled in the finance department. They refused to take my credit card in order for them to increase the loan amount from Hyundai financing, while I was told in the sales department that I could use my credit card for up to $4,000. It should be noted that all other car dealers in New Orleans accept credit card.

Ask for Mike Salone. He made the whole situation less stressful for me. He asked what type of vehicle i was looking for and the price range. Within 4 days he had the car for me. You can tell he loves his work and enjoys helping people. He was always smiling. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to ask for Mike Salone.

I just bought a 2014 Kia Rio for my mom from Ray Brandt Hyundai. Mark Petitfils was our salesperson, and he was friendly and patient during our test drive. The used car sales manager, Oscar Rico, checked in about halfway through the deal to make sure everything was going smoothly. Chanteile Britton, the finance manager, was very patient when explaining all the pieces of the finance paperwork, even when I had lots of questions. The facilities are comfortable and newly renovated. The car was in fantastic condition, and my mom loved it! Would definitely do business with them again.

I was discriminated against and not sold a car even though I was approved through a bank because I had previously filed for bankruptcy. I was told that If I get a court order from my trustee stating I could afford the car they would sell me a car. I went through a 4 week process to get this order go back to the dealership and they gave me excuse after excuse. I was lied to by Cochise Bernet, he told me without a large cash down payment the bank wouldn't approve me even though I had an approval before court. I called the bank that approved me and they told me they didn't ask for a large cash down payment to get my car. Coshise was over heard saying selling me a car would be bad for business and not a good look for the company because I had filed for bankruptcy previously.
