Exemplary Service

Courtesy Ford is about an hour from me but when my Bronco Sport developed an issue with a dealer installed after market component they picked the vehicle up, made the repairs, then delivered the vehicle to my home. I have never experienced this level of service before. They told how they were going to support me and they are true to their word.

2016 Ford F150 code diagnostic analysis

Took my F150 because the Info Center screen and dashboard blanked out one day for no reason and when it came back on it had the wrench icon warning symbol lit up. That too disappeared after restarting truck, so I decided to take it in to have the codes downloaded and analyzed. They came back with several codes and possible outcomes, but no determination as to initial problem. The service supervisor and mechanic were extremely helpful and offered several possibilities, but no absolute determination of cause. No charges were applied to code download and their time, which was greatly appreciated.

Damaged car

Brought my vehicle in to service the AC that wasn’t blowing cold. They began the repair and then I received a phone call to tell me there was an incident and my car had to be sent to the body shop, this was 2 days after it was there. They were not able to tell me what actually occurred. After 4 weeks, I finally got the call that my car was ready. Although they took care of all the body work, they did not replace the back panel that was damaged and can see a small dent where the panel meets the bumper. I still do not know what actually happened to my vehicle. After reading the report of everything that was changed/repaired, it seems as though something major may have occurred. The AC was repaired.

NOT pleased

I purchased a brand new 2019 F-150 Platinum. I brought it in a few weeks later due to my engine ticking as something is clearly not right (I also know someone with a 2019 F-150 King Ranch with the same trouble). I was told that Ford is not fixing it at this time. INSANE that I paid $62k with 100,000 mile warranty to be told that they cannot fix this issue!! It is so loud and it can be heard while driving and while parked.

Courtesy Ford took care of all my repairs on my company truck so I knew when it was time to buy a personal vehicle I was confident they were the ones to buy from. Paul the service writer will always steer you in the right direction. No up sales, just maintenance/repairs needed. Its good to know you have someone on your side when you pull in.

Stopped in to test drive a F150 and really liked the truck. My salesperson Kim was very knowledgeable and laid back. As I was deciding between 2 different trucks, she let me take one home for the weekend to decide. Once I decided, she worked with me on price to where I was comfortable. I got more on my trade in than expected according to my research. So far, service has been great!

Worst dealership I have ever been to!!!

I have bought many vehicles from different dealerships, and this one is the worst ever!!! This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. Everyone was very pushy and did not want to negotiate very much. After much frustration on getting the staff to accept the offer that we wanted to pay cash for the vehicle they finally half way accepted the cash deal, but it was still hard to finalize the fine details with them. They kept threating me that they would sell it to someone else when I was trying to negotiate, and showed that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. After everything was finalized I was so frustrated that I did not realize that the finance person did not give me all my paper work such as application for title. When I drove onto the interstate and proceeded to drive home the lens that goes over the turn signal on the side mirror came off after not being more than 15 miles away from the dealership. I then called the sales person to advise him of what happened, and he led me to believe that they would take care of that problem for me, and to call him back on Monday. After calling him back the next week he advised me that they would not fix the turn signal. Then a week later that they would cut me a check for the difference past the pay off for my trade in when they cut a check to the credit union for the pay off. The credit union received their money, and I called the sales person again, and since I called him they would get a check cut and it might be two or three days before they could send it to me. Another lie I had to get corrected! Then two weeks later we went to get a vehicle tag for the truck, and the tax office has recieved nothing from the dealership, and the truck is completly paid for, we have not received the title for the truck yet either. So, I had to make another call to them to get everything faxed to the tax office so that we could get a tag before penalties are added on. They then gave me the run around about they needed to talk to each other about it, and then get back to me. This is a load of bull!!!! If I did not live so far from the dealership I would go down there my self and not leave until everything was done to my satisfaction. I will never reccomend this dealership to anyone, and will work night and day to let everyone know about how bad this dealership is!!!! I will never buy from this dealer ever again!!! The only way I will retract my statement is if the dealership can make all this right..........
