This was the worst buying experience that I have ever had in shopping for a vehicle. The Chrysler New Car sales manager was very rude and condescending. He behaved as if we were the stupidest people around and he was the smartest person on the planet. He was valuing the trade in at 30% of the blue book value. He was trying to sell a 2 model year old vehicle at the price of the current year model. He said that he can sell it anytime and did not care to do the business. I asked to speak to a manager above him but none was forth coming. I do not know if the request was not made to another manager or if my request was just ignored. Either way I will never do business with that establishment again. I advise any potential customer to er on the side of caution if the are contemplation to do business with them. My suggestion would be to go to another dealership because as a customer you do not want to be treated the way that I was.
