Worth the drive.

You don’t drive nearly 4 hours to buy a vehicle unless it’s a good deal. When I called to let them know I was interested but couldn’t get down there right away (being 250 miles away), they put a hold on the sale of the vehicle for 3 days until I had a chance to see it in person. The guys at Dwain Taylor obviously spent a lot of time cleaning the vehicle inside and out; even the engine compartment looked nearly showroom clean. I was lucky enough to have Nick Ryan as my sales associate and wouldn’t hesitate to do business with him or the company again. They even filled the tank while the paperwork was being completed. I wish they were closer to Shelbyville; but I’ll do the long drive again when the time comes based on my experience.

The best and easiest new car buying experience we have had. Mike Scott was outstanding and did everything he could to get us the best price on our new Terrain as well as our Prius trade-in. All in all, the entire process took us less than 2 hours.

Excellent Service

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. The salesman, Nick Ryan, was friendly and helpful and anticipated every possible need I might have. I was able to purchase the car quickly (about two hours total) and drove away happy. I would highly recommend Dwain Taylor and Mr. Ryan to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.

Good experience at Toyota of Murray

I was looking to buy a new or low-mileage pre-owned vehicle. Nick Ryan was a friendly and helpful sales representative. After test driving two vehicles there, I told him that I wanted to check some other vehicles elsewhere before making a decision. He did not pressure me in any way. When I returned the next morning, having decided to purchase a new Toyota Corolla, he gave me a good price, was helpful in all of the paperwork and procedures, and contacted me again a couple days later making sure I was happy with everything about my new car and the experience there. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Murray and Nick Ryan.

Worst experience I've ever had

Beware of Dwain Taylor. Not only did they raise their quote on a car more than $2500 within the first 15 minutes of my meeting with Brock, but they also erased my one star review on Superpages.com. I refuse to be treated as anything less than a customer deserving of good service, and Dwain Taylor made me never want to step foot on a dealership lot again. I drove over 200 miles to Nashville to get a better deal, and came away with a car that was thousands of dollars less for the same car that I looked at at Dwain Taylor. Did I mention that Brock effectively erased all the rebates? He told me he was giving me the best deal he could find, but I'm pretty sure that that deal was best for him--after all, had I bought it from him, he would have pocketed the $3000 in rebates that he was refusing me. He kept me waiting for over an hour, and refused to let me speak to the person he kept going to to 'okay' the rebates. If I had not known about the rebates before hand, Brock would have kept them for himself. I was wholly disgusted with this business, and make sure to tell everyone I know that they should never go there. I'm not sure how they have managed to stay in business this long. Please, please, PLEASE, stay away from Dwain Taylor. They are not honest businessmen, and will take your money with no regard for you. Keep your eyes open or Brock will take you for all your worth.
