We just bought our second hybrid Toyota from Oxmoor, and it was a great experience with salesman William Adrio. A few months ago we also bought a Highlander from Oxmoor and both vehicles are fantastic. William is enthusiastic and informative and took the time necessary to help us feel comfortable with the process.
Missing Car Keys

I bought Nissan Rouge 2019 from Oxmoor Toyota on 31st July 2022. The file processing and all other formalities took long time almost complete day and at the end car handover to me with single key and asked to collect remaining keys next day. When I did follow up about keys they just told me that they have only single key and if you need additional I have to visit Nissan dealership and pay for additional key. They don’t have and the owner of vehicle also doesn’t have. I am really upset and disappointed after knowing that I have to pay additional $150-$200 for additional key they can’t help me in this. It risky to travel with single key and if I lose it during trip. They should understand that customer should get minimum at least two keys when buy car from their store and do arrangements for it.

Outstanding selection, service with zero pressure. Sales rep Josh was polite, professional and extremely accommodating. Got the deal done to everyone’s satisfaction. Dennis in finance was great! Oxmoor Toyota is a great place to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Unfortunate flip

I was in search of a vehicle, found one and wrote the check . The next day I was called and told Toyota was not going yo sell me the vehicle , after taking my time . Integrity and salesmanship should be a standard in this field . Hope to find some in my search.

Excellent Service from Oxmoor Toyota

Our sales person at Oxmoor went above & beyond to find us a new Toyota right before Christmas. Our other car had major issues so we needed a reliable car immediately. I walked into the show room at the first of the week & in a very difficult car market, we were able to locate a new Corolla Cross that was in transit to Oxmoor. It arrived a few days later. From the sales department to the financial department & in between, everyone worked extra hard to help us find the car we needed. We love our new CC & we are enjoying the ride! Thank you for all your efforts!

My wife has been searching for a mid-sized SUV for quite some time. She has been working with Ed (her salesman) for a while. He has never been pushy or tried to get her to buy a car that did not meet all of her criteria. She had an appointment with Ed for mid-afternoon on Saturday. Unfortunately, we had to be in that area earlier in the morning (we live almost an hour away). So, Ed said no problem we could work with one of his co workers. When we got out of the truck Joe approached us. He too did not push or try to manipulate us. He found the perfect car for my wife and helped us with the purchase. Not long after we settled on the car Ed came in and together they made the buying process easy, pleasant, and enjoyable. Then we went in to see Dennis (finance). Not only did he get us a lower payment than we agreed on, but the payment also included GAP insurance (We weren't expecting that!) I cannot recommend Ed, Joe, and Dennis highly enough. They did everything right! Thanks guys! And thank you, Oxmoor Toyota, for having such All-Stars on your team.

Wasn’t happy about the dealership salesman I had he lied to my face. Then finance Manager tried to sell me a higher warranty with my car. I had a fixed price to buy one. Stay far away from Oxmoor Toyota
