John was incredible!!! He went out of his way to search for a car that met my specifications. He made us feel welcome even though he worked at least 2 hours past his shift. He made us feel comfortable throughout the process and worked very hard to get us in our price range by showing us different ways to proceed with the deal. We had to go quite a bit out of our desired payment range, but that was because of the status of our trade in. We could have chosen a different car to lower our payment, but we left with what fit us the best and what we know we will keep for years to come. I can't stress enough that John is amazing!!! He is a precious human being and the kind of person you wish you could have as a neighbor!
