Lying and charging add on's not wanted

Prices listed on vehicle's on website are not accurate, when getting final figures sales lady and general manager Jesse Parks added stuff not wanted and was told Environmental Protection coating for $499 ( said that's was half off) was Manditory ( have email) after back and forth negotiations, dropped to $299 , refused to drop the price Would have purchased the 2024 Kia Seltos S white with black roof for a little over $27,649.00 out the door with fees but they wanted $299 more for Teflon coating ( mandatory) Mr Parks called me rude and angry when I called them out for lying ( not mandatory) and charging me for add on's I did not want. That price was not included with starting asking price, the add on's come after they know you want vehicle. Listed for $25, 640 / MSRP$26, 885. negotiations started with MSRP ( 1399 delivery and handling included) then deducted discount ( $25,640 then the add ons started and lies. Fees were high but would have paid if they didn't manipulate the sale price with add ons and tell me what a deal I was getting under MSRP. MSRP plus add on basically. Over $ 299.00 that they refused to take off Lost Sale, would have paid cash for what they wanted minus $299.00 Ludicrous

They will rip you off in a second.Bought a Rio with under 4000 miles and was told I would need extendo warranty to have coverage for repairs.Later took a Soul in for a factory fix on a steering column coupler.When they brought the car out of the shop,it started for them,but would'nt start for me.After the mechanic took a fuse out of the fuse block,they took it back inside and told me the battery and starter had both gone bad at the same time.The odds of that happening had to be 1 in a million.And they wouldn't give me the parts so I could check them myself,which is illegal by the way!Since I had 2 other appointments they put a new starter and battery in.So my free visit for a factory repair cost $614.28.I will never step foot on their lot again.Stay away!

Last week I visited Jake Sweeney Kia to search for a car. Dane spent a long time with me trying to help me find just the right car. He was patient and informative and willing to work with me and the finance department to get me the car I wanted and an affordable monthly payment. After i fell in love with my new 2020 Kia Soul and purchased it. Dane sat with me in the vehicle and showed me how to use the features I wasn't familiar with. I really appreciated the time he took and the patience and expertise that he showed.

Today I bought my 2nd car from this dealer. Around 7 years ago I purchased a 2015 Optima and despite one issue (which was expertly resolved) I've loved the car. Today I purchased a 2022 Sportage from Dane. He was professional, personable, and very efficient. The entire staff was very kind and respectful of me and my time. I absolutely recommend Jake Sweeney Kia (and Dane) if you're looking for a car!

We have been looking for a Kia Seltos for months and could not find one with all the options we wanted. When I found one at this dealership online, I called immediately. Our salesman, Noah, made the entire experience very pleasant. I called about the car on Monday, and we drove 5 hours on Tuesday to get it! He had everything ready for us when we arrived. The finance department was extremely nice. Noah even checked on us the next day to make sure we made it home safely. This is one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend taking your business over to Jake Sweeney!

We just purchased a new Kia Seltos last night, and our salesman Don was so efficient and professional! No pressure, no fuss, easy and kind of fun! The lady at the front desk is great! Really enjoyed our time at the front. We love our new car!

Nice salesman not so happy with car

Salesman was friendly and helpful however they wouldnt fully payoff my trade because it was wrecked and put back together professionally and when I got my other car home I noticed damage to back quarter panel and front bumper that I couldnt see at dealer due to rainstorm when I purchased car took to a professional shop and was told it would cost me 2k to fix very dissapointed in this trade

Cody and Dane were absolutely incredible to work with! They made the process of buying a car seamless and timely. They paid attention to every last detail (including putting something sentimental I had forgotten in the visor of my trade-in, in my new car!) and Dane was exceptionally proficient in explaining all the new car tech! I just bought a Kia from here and my experience was nothing but wonderful! Noah Darpel was a great salesman and was very patient with me & my decision making! He went the extra length to allow me to test drive any car I wanted and was able to ensure I was aware of the differences in each vehicle and model! He was very knowledgeable and transparent with his information! I did not feel pressured to make a purchase, yet felt I was heard in what I was looking for and Jake did everything he possibly could to find me what I wanted! Would very much recommend working with Noah for your car buying needs!
