The pre-approval through Capital One did not cover the full balance that was due on the truck but we were able to find a lender that would loan the full amount and at an even lower rate than Capital One proposed. Your oil change service appointment was for 9 am on March 4th. We are usually booked solid on Saturdays but we set aside a half hour slot for you. Since you arrived at 9:30 our allotted time had already passed but we managed to squeeze you in between other appointments and still have you out the door within an hour and half. I assure you that it would normally take a 1/2 hour for your future appointments. Normally a vehicle with 25000 miles on it would be past the first year of oil changes so our cashier automatically assumed that you would be paying for your service. She changed that charge once she realized the REV Rewards was in effect, we apologize for the confusion.
