Horrible Experience from start to finish

onFrom the financing department that lied. Came in preapproved by Capital one and had the finance department change to a company that they wanted. To a service department ( 2 hour wait WITH an appt) that tried to charge me twice for service that was free. This place is bad...of and they tell you that you get Sirius radio for a year and its cut off after 3 months....just a joke

Mr. Brenner, we apologize you feel this way. Perhaps I can help explain your concerns. The pre-approval through Capital One did not cover the full balance that was due on the truck but we were able to find a lender that would loan the full amount and at an even lower rate than Capital One proposed.
Your oil change service appointment was for 9 am on March 4th. We are usually booked solid on Saturdays but we set aside a half hour slot for you. Since you arrived at 9:30 our allotted time had already passed but we managed to squeeze you in between other appointments and still have you out the door within an hour and half. I assure you that it would normally take a 1/2 hour for your future appointments.

It also includes 1 year of oil changes. Normally a vehicle with 25000 miles on it would be past the first year of oil changes so our cashier automatically assumed that you would be paying for your service. She changed that charge once she realized the REV Rewards was in effect, we apologize for the confusion.
I recommend following the manufacturer suggested maintenance schedule in the future in order to keep your engine guarantee in full effect. If you happen to have any other questions please reach out to us. Thank you.
