In the past, buying a new car was not always a positive experience for us. But that all changed when Rick E. was recommended to us. He was friendly, very helpful when we really did not know what we wanted, and he searched and searched to find the right vehicle for us. Pricing was fair, and we got our new Acadia yesterday. Rick was knowledgeable and explained all the details of the new car to us plus introduced us to other Briggs associates.
