I went to Henry Martens with a specific Blazer model we wished to purchase. Randy passed me to Tyler Hill. He researched my requirements and found the specific Blazer with the options I requested for the Blazer. He was not only able to find the Blazer, but also retrieve it that very same day. We came to an agreement on the sale, agreeable for both myself and Tyler. Tyler was nothing less than remarkable. From my salesman to the owner, my experience buying my daughter her first new car was amazing. Our salesman Ed Lippincott took care of us over the phone, in-person, during our test drive, and then sat in the car with us and oriented my daughter to the features of her new Blazer RS once we closed the deal. Al is a great salesman. He took his time showing us cars without any pressure. He and Dave were great to work with in dealing with our trade-ins and making the whole experience an easy process. We had a car ordered from another dealership and the dealership became very rude so we walked away and randomly saw a SUV on the corner and went to get more info about it and Tyler Hill was amazing took great care of us and we purchased the SUV right away I just wish we started there.

I was working on the road this week and was interested in a new car. Tyler was awesome. Tyler was in constant contact and by the time I was back, the car was ready. Tyler send me info on the car I was interested in with multiple options. He wasn't pushy and was extremely respectful. When I made it to the dealership, I was in and out in less than an hour with the keys in my hands and the paperwork signed.

Most painless car purchase ever.

Al and Randy made purchasing a car from HM quick and easy. Al patiently showed us all of the cars that we wanted to look at on several different visits, then sold us the one we wanted. The process was so easy compared to the other new and used cars that we've purchased from other major dealers in the metro that I kept waiting for the "gotcha" moment. No gotcha. Just a clean and professional sales process that got us done and on our way in 2 hours or less, total!. Where else would that happen in the metro? Nowhere in our experience. Good job guys!

Mark in service department provides excellent advice and trust - I had my 2015 serviced with Mark since I purchased - I found a car I wanted online at a different dealership and Al/Randy got the car for me at the price I agreed to purchase - no upcharges, no hard sale, no hassle. They got the car for me, I spent about 15 min total time in the dealership finalizing the paperwork then drove off with my new 2023 Equinox.

These guys don't play any games. Hands down the best new car buying experience I've ever had. They didn't try marking up the MSRP with a dealer added market adjustment. They didn't try adding a bunch of overpriced and mostly useless dealer add-ons as a "required" package. They didn't spend an hour trying to sell me aftermarket warranties or services after I said I wasn't interested. I only spent two hours and twenty minutes between the two visits to the dealership to order, and then buy and pick up my new EUV. Ed, Randy, and Dave did a great job on getting me in, out, and on my way. I'll be back when I'm ready to get my next EV.

Entire staff were very professional. Tyler did a great job reviewing the vehicles options and transferring On-Star/XM from the trade-in. Despite showing up early the new vehicle was ready to go. Trade-in price was on point so no need to negotiate. Overall, a great purchasing experience!

I have been searching for a one ton truck for several months. Not only did Henry Martens have a couple to choose from, but they also were willing to sell it without a premium to MRSP, not something I can say about most of their competitors in the Midwest. They were fair in working on my trade-in and made the process simple and easy with most of the process completed via phone and email. Tyler and David represented the dealership very well.

Randy went above and beyond in locating a new truck for us. We had been looking for several weeks and he found one within 24 hours. This dealership doesn’t charge over MSRP, require you to purchase any add ons and only charges a minimal administrative fee. If you want a great dealership to work with go see Henry Martens.

I had a great experience in purchasing my new car from Henry Martens. From the beginning Sales rep Mike Wilson was there to assist and answer my questions. Sales manager Randy Hill assisted in getting the order through and helped with more of my questions. Once the car arrived, my main man Jesse Rothery did a great job putting on the accessories and made it look great. Dave Graul walked me through the paperwork and all the options. Then they brought in the ace with Megan Brown to setup Onstar and explain all the other new buttons and switches in the car. A great team, highly recommend.
