Quality Motors is a Ford, Mercury, Lincoln, Dodge, Chrysler & Jeep dealer. I have been buying and leasing cars and trucks from them for over 20 years now. They are very helpful and are willing to go the extra mile to keep cutomers happy. They are honest and up front with respect to ordering or going for a model they have in stock or have to find for you. They have always gone over all of the financial details with me and have been totally honest with the numbers as well as fair regarding price. No hidden rip offs or secret ways to make more off of a sale with me. They have been willing to order multiple vehicles for me when I was having trouble deciding and/or would go find me what I was looking for if on a short time frame. Recently, when my Dodge Magnum lease expired in October and the Ford Edge I had ordered was not in yet, the sales manager offered to let me drive his new Lincoln MKX to my in-laws for Thanksgiving since my wife had taken her car already and the car I was driving was older and did not have things like air bags, etc. on it. Not many dealers will go that kind of extra mile for a customer. The service department does a good job and they are always flexible and easy to work in an appointment if needed. While my car is being serviced, my sales person lets me drive his demo. It just does not get any easier than that! The bottom line is that my family and I view the people we deal with at Quality Motors as friends and not as car salesmen. I cannot think of a higher recommendation than that.
