Bad Experience

Bought a 2016 Focus. Almost backed out before closing because the car had high miles. They threw in an bumper to bumper extended warranty and three year maintenance for my "peace of mind". 4 weeks later cars in shop, warranty doesn't cover it, 2 weeks later cars in shop this time its a blown engine. Guy who sold me all this great warranty-no longer there. Went to cancel the maintenance plan, was told by the warranty company it was never valid. Dealership didn't turn in the paperwork requested. Our salesman was nice, other than that worst experience ever.

Bought a siverado . They treated me better than family . Went a long way out of there way to close the deal . I have been to a few of these so called dealers for the people , and I am here to tell you Briggs in Fort Scott Is the dealer for the people . Hands down best buying experience I have ever had . Big THANK YOU to the sales staff at Briggs Auto .

They sold me a lemon!!

Bought a car in February 2017 and I've had nothing but problems since I left. They gave me a lemon. They knew the car was bad, no wonder it was priced so low under market value. I thought I was getting a great deal but damn was I fooled. Never again! I pray that no one is stuck with such a crap vehicle like I am. This is terrible.
