We went to Bill Colwell to look for a vehicle for our teenager daughter. We were blown away by their service! Our salesman, Steve, was friendly and patient. He talked to our daughter as well as us. He highlighted the features of the vehicle to her, making sure she felt comfortable. He made sure she was a part of the experience. Best of all, we were never asked what it would take to "get us in that vehicle today" like other dealers. There was no pressure and no dealing back and forth. What a relief!!! We will be coming back to Bill Colwell and Steve!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Low pressure environment, you can really tell that the salesmen strive to do their best for you. This was my first experience buying from a dealership, and I wasn't disappointed. The salesman I worked with did an excellent job getting me the right vehicle, and made the entire process a breeze. I will absolutely do business with them again.

Everyone at Bill Colwell in Hudson made buying my first car a great experience! Ernie helped my family and was VERY knowledgeable about the car history that I test drove! I bought a Ford Flex and love the vehicle! I never have owned one before but I have a good feeling it will not be my last Ford Flex I buy. I do not live in Hudson but will come back to Bill Colwell when we have to purchase another vehicle!

I thought that things went well. I didn't feel too much pressure to buy that day, but there was some. Everyone was very nice to me. I was disappointed that I bought a 30k dollar truck and I was even given a full tank of gas.

Small town dealer with a great reputation

We had been thinking of buying a used Edge for quite awhile because of positive comments from friends who own one. Colwell had quite a few to choose from and Mike Boleyn, our salesman was helpful and informative. I traded a 2001 Ford pickup in and we discussed trade in value for awhile. We drove home that same day in a very nice 2013 Edge Limited. Thanks.

So glad I was told to give Cowell Ford a shot years ago. Have bought 3 trucks through them now, and always treated great. Service department staffed with LONG TERM techs that know these vehicles inside and out, but most of all have pride in doing the job right, once. A great place to go to for service work, or buying a new/used vehicle.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape and I was extremely impressed by the friendliness of the dealership, in general, and with Mike Boleyn in particular. Everyone, Mike in particular, was very friendly and courteous and there was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE to buy. Most dealerships attempt to pressure buyers into buying "on the spot" and that was NOT the case with Mike and/or your dealership. I felt absolutely no pressure from anyone about anything!! In fact, when I first walked into the store, I was not even sure I wanted to trade at the time. I explained my hesitation of trading at the current time, we talked together about facts and figures and Mike had also talked with the manager about my particular circumstances surrounding my uncertainty of trading. I did not buy at that time as I needed to look further at the facts and figures and would get back with Mike. After further thought I called Mike back and told him I was all but 100% certain I would be trading, but my son was coming from Wisconsin and wanted to be able to see just what I was talking about. Since I was all but 100% sure I would be trading, Mike told me he would set it back in the garage until my son and I could come in the next morning and look at it again. My son and I walked into the dealership the next morning and we were greeted "cheerfully" by Mike who took the time to talk with my son as well. My son and I left the dealership that morning with me being the proud owner of a new 2016 Ford Escape. After leaving the dealership, even my son commented to me about the positive experience. ALL of the staff I met with and dealt with were very courteous and helpful! I chose Colwell Ford first of all because of the experiences there of a friend of mine and also because I had been looking online and Colwell Ford had what I was looking for at a good price. I WILL be recommending Colwell Ford, and particularly Mike, to anyone and everyone. Thank you for treating me like a "person" and not like I was just "another sale."

Mike Stark was very helpful and professional. There was a slight delay in being able to pick up the truck, due to the sun roof malfunctioning and needing to order parts. But, they have offered to send a driver to get the truck when the parts are ready for installation. Lavern, in the service department has also been very good to work with. Thank you!

Smooth vehicle purchase

I purchased a 2007 Honda CR-V and drove from about 3 hours away to come pick up the vehicle. Most of the communication was done over the phone and Al did a good job explaining the condition and specs on the vehicle. When my wife and I saw the vehicle in person, it was essentially the same as Al described. Over all the process was smooth and we drove away with our new vehicle a couple hours after having arrived.
