I was contacted by Granger Motors and asked to meet with their salesman because they were interested in purchasing my truck, which I have listed online. They made an offer I wasn't originally comfortable with and when we weren't able to make a deal, they said if I change my mind in the next couple days, the offer would be waiting for me. I called them back less than 2 hours later and they said they were no longer interested. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS! Not to be trusted. Now they're responding to my reviews that they "reduced" their offer, which is not the case. They took it off the table.

We just bought our 8th or 9th car from Granger Motors and we couldn't be more pleased. The sales staff is exceptional. No high pressure tactics or treating you like you don't know what you're doing. We'll keep coming back.

Disappointed

I drove out to Granger with the hopes to purchase a car in their inventory. I was ready to buy today. However, the car I wanted was being used by the owner that day and they informed me they wouldn't want to bother him on his day off to make a sale. Very disappointed in the professionalism and would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

A very pleasant buying experience

My wife and I purchased a 2012 Cummins Ram from Eric at Granger Motors. After shopping at the (big box stores) we went to Granger and we were relieved to not have to attend the circus while trying to buy a truck. We were happy to make Granger,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Our Last Stop!

My husband and I recently purchased a Chrysler Town and Country van from Granger Motors. Our salesperson, Pam J. was truly friendly and helpful. She listened to our requirements and helped us pick the right van. We enjoyed the entire experience from the sales through to the financing. Ray in finance searched for the best possible interest rate! The entire experience was truly exceptional. Granger motors is our dealership for life!

Remarkable non-stressful car buying experience - no "dealing" or double-talk. Worked with John M. He listened to what I wanted, found the truck in Lincoln, NE and brought it up for me, added the options I wanted, and gave me a great trade for my existing truck. Best dealership I've ever worked with.

A very positive experience

We recently purchased a new vehicle from Granger Motors. We sent an internet inquiry to John Mathews on a vehicle we were interested in. He got back to us very quickly, answered our questions, gave us a great price, great trade in value and followed up on everything he said he would do. When we got to the dealership to view the new vehicle in person, it was exactly as he had described it. We were given a very fair value on our trade in as well, we were very pleased with how trustworthy John was in the entire process. I would not hesitate to send a friend or family member his direction. The price that we were quoted for a brand new vehicle of the exact same style and model was cheaper at Granger Motors, instead of used ones with 15,000 miles on them at other dealerships. Thanks to John and Granger Motors for a very positive buying experience.

My husband & I spent a whole day vehicle shopping,Granger Motors was our last stop of the day, I wish it would have been our first & only stop. They where very easy to deal with, stayed after hours to close the day. They are truly interested in dealing & helping you get the best deal. It was the best experience of the day. Very courteous. We live 4 hours from this dealership and would definitely recommend this dealership, it is worth the drive. We know we will be going back the next time we are in need of a vehicle.
