Amazing people making a large purchase easy!!!

From the Sales Manager Sean to the sales person Zach the sales process was smooth and transparent. I would highly recommend this team during the purchase phase. The Finance Manager Max was simply amazing and efficient. I will shout from the mountain top to tell people just how valuable he is! Amazing at his job and had all the paperwork ready for signing when we arrived, minimizing our time there and allowing us to have an amazing experience!!!

I had Struts and Mount changed out at it cost 1542.00. Jason was amazing ab==was very professional. I just couldn't believe the cost and I could have shopped around but I didn't as I need it completed asap. Their rates are extremely high for labor.

Collision repair shop

Green Buick GMC Collision Repair shop scheduled repairs for customers while they were being bought out by Caliber Collision. My vehicle was scheduled to be repaired by Green Buick GMC Collision repair shop just to be canceled by Caliber the day of the scheduled repair. after months of waiting! My insurance had already issued a check to Green Buick GMC Collision repair shop for repairs to be made. Check was cashed by Green Buick GMC and repairs were canceled! Repairs were never done. Caliber also informed me that they were not working with my insurance and other insurers. When it had already been approved by Green Buick GMC collision repair shop. (Check was already cashed!) My insurance had to go after them to pay back the money. Green Buick GMC and Caliber Collision Put me at a big inconvenience. Green Buick GMC shouldn’t have scheduled repairs with customers. They should of also informed customers of the buyout and transition process and a lengthy wait to get repairs done ahead of time. That way customers could have made their own decision as to wait or “not” for repairs to be done on their vehicle. I had to search for a new collision repair shop, get a new quote and wait some more for repairs to be done on my vehicle. My car is now being repaired by another collision repair shop! No thank’s to Green Buick GMC and Caliber. No I would not recommend these shops!

Paul Cheek

My 2008 Buick Lucerne, that I have had serviced by Green Buick for many years has been providing me with intermittent sluggishness in the drive train area of the vehicle. I called Paul Cheek of the Green Service Dept with whom I have worked for sometime, and told him I was planning on driving out of town and wanted him to check it for me. Not only did Paul check it, but he had two other professionals test drive it as well, and reported that none of them experienced any hint of difficulty. Though they didn't find anything of consequence, they responded to my concern on a timely basis and didn't charge me a thing for the checkout. Whether my concerns are serious or sometimes minor, Paul Cheek is always ready to give me his best evaluation, and recruit other specialists to address my driving concerns.

Oil Change

Overall my experience was good. I gave three stars because of the time it took for the oil change to be completed. The oil change was scheduled at 10am, and i didn't leave the dealership until 11:20 or so. I feel the whole process should take less than an hour. I was also told it would be 45 minutes or so when i first arrived. This is a continuing trend every time our vehicles are regularly serviced at Green locations, some locations are even slower.

If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle,I would highly recommened Green Buick GMC. They really do treat you right.The facility is all new and "state of the art"and they really do appreciate your buisiness! The sales-finance people are awesome to deal with.They are very helpful and not pushy.
