We have bought multiple vehicles from Hubler Nissan. The last one was a Mercedes Benz SUV. The suv came with locking lug nuts and a key. I specifically asked the salesman if he had tested the key to make sure that it worked with the lug nuts and I was told yes. I took his word for it and didn't think about it again. Fast forward 6 months and now I need to replace the brakes. I can't get the lug nuts off because the key doesn't work. I contact Jeremy the used car sales manager and he proceeds to tell me that there is nothing that they can do because we purchased that car 6 months ago. The only thing that I am asking is if they can take the 4 locking lug nuts off. He refused to do it. I then took it around to multiple tire places and no one can do it. I then decided to stop by Hubler to see if there was anything that can be done because I have to change the breaks so that my wife is safe to drive it. As soon as I walk through the door Jeremy immediately gets an attitude and gets in my face. All I was doing was talking to him. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to leave and that he was calling the police. Hubler Nissan did absolutely nothing to help with this and I had to pay Mercedes to get the lug nuts off. I would not suggest buying anything from Hubler Nissan. They will lie to get you to buy a vehicle and then won't help you out after it is purchased. Not to mention that they put brand new tv screens in our suv and they only work every once in a while. We paid for them though. They won't take care of that either. Don't fall for their scams like we did.

I couldn't get a quote because it was an air conditioning issue but knowing how much it would have been BEFORE doing anything would have been better.

Every time I bring my vehicle in for service, they are prompt and courteous. I work in Carmel and sometimes have a tough time making it by closing and they have been great in working with me to make sure I can pick my vehicle up at a time that is convenient for me.

I was very pleased with the entire process. The salesman,Charles, was friendly, worked with us, and efficient in a timely fashion. He answered all of my questions and made me familiar with the vehicle. Bottom line, he got me the car I wanted. I am very pleased with Hubler Nissan and my 2016 Nissan Rogue!

My purchasing experience at Hubler Nissan was a great experience. The sales staff and the business manager were so pleasant and helpful, I couldn't have asked for more. Any and ask of my questions were answered thoroughly. This is the second car I have purchased from Hubler Nissan and it won't likely be my last. Great customer service.

Hello. I had my wife's Nissan Versa Note serviced the other day at Hubler Nissan in Indianapolis. Nice, friendly, people. Service was quick and complete. Mark, the assistant service manager, explained the service and pricing. I waited in the customer waiting area and watch TV and enjoyed some coffee and snacks free of charge. Made it nice. Friendly staff for sure.

We purchased a Nissan NV3500 for our large wild family. We had been shopping for one for quite some time and Huber was the only place within 300 miles of our home (Cincinnati) that had them. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and our sales rep (Troy Drews) was beyond awesome. There was no pressure. It was worth the drive and I'd buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat.

This was my 2nd car shopping trip. The first was when I was 17 and was also purchased in Greenwood. This trip went very smooth, we went to window shop but I had already researched Altima's so I had a good idea what I was looking for. Salesman was great, he could have been slightly more knowledgeable of the specifications of the vehicle but he was very knowledgeable of what was on his lot. Since I already knew a lot about the vehicle I mostly just needed him to show me around. Nissan has a great warranty plan, signed up for it and never looking back. I'll be back at Hubler many times over the next few years letting them service my vehicle. Overall the experience with the entire sales team was smooth. We went back and forth a couple times on cost but in the end they got my monthly payments where I wanted them and I walked off with my first car loan.
