Not good

They made me believe this was a take it now you do not need to worry later and after I sign surprise me liners were not in house (which I buy to not wait for the online redemption), a key is missing and it cannot set yet and I need to wait for more than a week (of course they could not wait for me to sign) and the expert on the car could not figure out why the back could not be open.

Was in for an oil change and check up. Was in and out under an hour and was treated courteously and respectful. Was advised of potential upcoming needs for the car but not pressured at all.

Picked up the ball and ran with it.

Took a while but the problem was finally resolved and my Traverse is running properly now. Kelley Chevrolet did the follow-up repairs that were not found by the original repair shop. They were very helpful and kept me in the loop while my vehicle was in the shop. Also loaner vehicle was provided.

Accident repair

Kelley Chevrolet fixed my Malibu after the undercarriage was practically destroyed by a landscaping brick that came flying off a truck in front of me. My insurance company was absolutely terrible to deal with, refusing to return calls to myself or to Kelley. The guys at Kelley persisted and got the job done in spite of poor treatment from the insurance provider and the car drives exactly as it did prior to the accident. Kelley is excellent!

Hmmm good question

So I brought my wife's Equinox in because it was having difficulty with the signaling/warning lights. Parts were ordered and replaced - not better. Her rear window was grinding so they got new parts and that works fine...but While putting the door back together, they neglected to connect the cable that operates the inside door latch, so the door would not open from the inside. We returned it, they connected it, and now it works. When I dropped my wife off to drive her car home, I noticed that the hood was ajar. Very concerning to me, had I not driven around, found the car, and noticed this. Had she gotten in and started home, which includes highway travel, it could have been a real problem. So, how would you say that you did? Normally, I really like Tom Kelley's, but I'm a little leery at the moment.

G2 2017 Volt Oil Pan leak

I took my 2017 G2 Volt in for warranty work and updating of software. The Volt's ICE was leaking oil around the RV silicone seal on the oil pan (when we had to use the ICE). It was found that the RV silicone hadn't stuck to the block due to residue on the block prior to sealing the oil pan at the factory. Tech Nathan cleaned it all up and reapplied the RTV silicone to the oil pan and reinstalled it to the ICE block. I have been watching for any oil drips on our garage floor and so far none are there. The courtesy car they let me use was a Malibu, not a Volt.

Disappointing Service Visit

I felt as if the way I was spoken to at this dealership was due to me being a woman. I know a fair share about vehicles and I felt like I was being spoken down to for my car issue. Also, I was told that this dealership offered a credit card to make payments and when I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car and pay, I was told they do not. I prefer to bring my car to this dealership and will in the future, but this experience was not the best I've had at Kelley Chevrolet. I hope to have a better experience next time.

Excellent Customer Care

Andrew Stephan did an excellent job. He was friendly, personable and he knew what he was talking about. Andrew was ready to address any concern or issue before I even brought it up. He did everything he could to meet my payment goal and was even able to get my payment lower than I wanted. When I was ready to test drive a car, the first vehicle he brought to me is the one I ended up driving away in. Andrew and the Kelley Chevy team has been wonderful during my first car shopping experience and I will most likely return here in the future regardless of where I am living. The Kelley team genuinley cares about their customers and do a great job at making the whole process smooth and stress free. No pressure and no hurry as long as you are mindful of their time. 100% Recommend Kelley Chevy to anyone car shopping.
