Rob, my sales person, was fabulous! He listened to every question and requests I had and found answers and solutions for everything. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I also appreciated that he was not pushy, just very informative. He made the experience such a fun one and I came home with a new, great car! Although the maintenance department is great!!! The sales are not. When I bought my van I was told this is the best used van by toyota. It is used! But of course within 3.4 months I had to put new tires on the van when sales person told me it would be at least a year before I should put tires on the van!!! Within 4 months I already had 2 safety recalls on my van which sales person told me no worries it is the safest van from Toyota??? When guy sold me my van he promised me he would not share my info to anyone at the hotel I was staying at. HE DID???? What kind of privacy does Toyota have when I was told none of my info would be shared to anyone? This upsets me & when I was with my Dad & Mom in their office talking to sales guy they could care less what they had to say???? Just as long the sales were complete that's all they cared about? Heck why don't they give out my social security number to at the hotel I was staying at??? Why not!! Your privacy is not secured like they promise. And anything to make a sale with good or bad credit they will tell you anything!! I have had past used cars!!! Never had any problems! except putting air in my tires!! Although the process of getting my van was good!!!! But sales could be more professional! Watchout for your personal Info you give to this dealership as it could be released to your neighbors etc. You been warned!!

Toyota service is awesome!! I didn’t have an appointment but they still got me in. They completed the work in 2hrs and they even clean my car. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. GREAT JOB!!!

Our sales guy was super nice. We purchased our vehicle and we are now looking at over 3 weeks until we finally get possession of it. We were told it needed to go through service they found issues which they are fixing which is good, but it’s been nothing but the run around since. No body wanted to call when they said they would, wouldn’t answer their phones, and even got sent to voicemails multiple times. Was told car had to go to a different lot to be fixed and have been told multiple stories on what is going on with the car. This lot has said the lot fixing it can’t get proper part in and found out today that rob the apparently pretend sales manager has been telling us wrong info when he is willing to communicate which is purely at his convenience. Hoping they call with good new Monday to help compensate for the issues they e caused. So far we’ve been offered a loaner this is our 5th car a “gift “ for hubby. Purchased a challenger and was offered a Kia Soul as a loaner! Get real!!!! Oh and we were promised a $40 tank of gas like what is that supposed to do like 3 weeks after purchase date before we get to finally take possession of car and a tank of gas is supposed to smooth everything over, NO!!!

I have always been happy with their service. Today I had my car serviced and a water bottle I had in the car was spilled by an employee. I am not upset that it was spilled all over my seat, but no one told me about it.

All of the service staff does great work. I would like to recognize Ryan as being very excellent. He texts me when my service is due. He always makes sure that the necessary work is done and done correctly. He keeps me informed of any changes. The shuttle driver, Marv has always been good to me too. Everyone there just keeps my car in tip top shape. I’m very happy!!

Third Toyota- first 4runner

I have owned three Toyotas. The first two were FJ Cruisers- amazing vehicles and the 4Runner. It averages over 20 MPG on the Hwy and 17 around town. Great on the road and off road. Pulls my 4,000 lb boat w/o a struggle. Runs amazingly well in the snow too.

Leaky oil, but would go back.

I've had at least 8, that I can think of, Toyota's. From a 1993 Camry to 2006 sequoia, none of them had an oil leak problem. This is my first tundra, and preferred to have the oil changed by a professional. I've driven it 4000 miles with no oil leaks, and after the oil change it has started to leak. I assume its not the easiest oil change, and have always had great service with Toyota, I have to still get back to town and take it in, and I assume this review will change, as its probably and easy fix, and I would gladly leave the 5 stars that all toyotas and dealerships deserve.

The service department at Toyota goes above and beyond. I called them today because my daughter's car was having an issue. They got me right in and got the car done on the same day. Very professional, very nice. My daughter is only 16 and she came with me to drop the car off and Ryan spoke with her directly to find out the issues that she was having. I really appreciated that.
