If your phone call goes to voice mail....don't leave a message. You won't get a reply from Nissan service or parts. I only get a call back after complaining to the receptionist. Today I showed up to take care of an owner notification notice. Was told that the software download needed for this was 'corrupted'. They had no idea when that problem would be solved. Strange that Nissan sends out the notice before they can fix the problem. Naquin may be caught in the middle or it could be some creative excuse making. The national Nissan Customer Service rep had no idea what I was talking about. He also didn't want any info and made no offer to assist me.
